The Citroen C3 is for my son, as far as I am aware, he has been getting on fine. We found the car online, we spoke to Kalum over the phone, and he got the car ready for us. We then took it for a test drive, and he answered all of our questions. Other than the inbound call system, which definitely needs to be looked at and improved, as getting in contact with the correct person was difficult.

We got to the dealership later than expected, so we did have to rush the process, although we wanted it done, and they managed to get it over the line in time. I'd still give it 5 stars.

I just bought a little run around, and it seems to be running well, it’s not bad, I didn't want to put too much mileage on my EQC. I was in the area, popped in to Motortrust, seen it, bought it. Aiden that I seen was sound and just made it easy for me.

The Ford Fiesta is fab! The only thing we found was a couple chips at windscreen besides that, it seems okay. Keiran who helped was a nice guy. Out of all the other dealerships I looked at, I found MotorTrust best value for money.

All been good so far, the Ford Focus we got from MotorTrust seems to be running well. At first I thought the process of getting a car would take awhile, however I was in and out in an hour! We chose them because we found them to have the cheapest deals for the best cars. Rafaqat made it so nothing was complicated and made me feel really assured throughout the process.

I dealt with Kieran at the dealership I would give him a 10/10 for the service that he provided he was great, anything i needed he sorted, no problem. I am very pleased with the car, very pleased with the price, pleased with the way I was treated, everything was good. The car was presented in perfect condition, it looked like a brand new car. 10/10 in every aspect.

4 - Test drive and Sale of the car went well with Chris. Have been pleased with after care. The car had a slight dent and a low battery issue. The sales team at the garage have been helpful resolving the issues. Only reason not a 5 is due to lack of communication whilst the car was being sorted after sale. I struggled to get an update on the status of the car.

The first car we initially went to view hadn't passed all the checks so we had to look at other options and went for the Toyota C-HR. We are really pleased with it, had no problems. Tom who we dealt with was really helpful and was honest with us about the first car which was appricted. We are local to the dealership but had never been in, but when our car was on the way out we thought why not. We would use them again, hopefully not for a good while as we are expecting to get a good few years out of this car. But definitely would recommend.
