The Ford is great, I did recently have an issue with the tyres, and it was sorted but I need to invoice Motortrust but other than that there was nothing wrong with that at all. Only complaints I’ve got! Picking the car up it was brilliant and straight forward.

Everything seems to be good so far. Kalum was really helpful and didn’t push anything on us so no complaints on that. We decided to purchase the Ford Fiesta from MotorTrust because it was a big company, so we saw it as a reliable option. The only issue we had was with the apple play which tends to freeze quite a lot. However, we did appreciate the friendly service and being able to do a test drive without having someone in the car.

The car I used to have was getting a little expensive to run and just wanted something a bit more economical and comfier to sit in. I was looking around on Autotrader saw the Golf from MotorTrust and pretty much had my heart set on it, they seemed like a reliable company so thought may as well. The customer service was really good, they were constantly trying to change the finance to get the best deal for me which was nice of them. I'd rate them a four because I don't think anything is perfect.

It's been absolutely grand from my point of view, I really appreciated the service no complaints from me. It was just time to move on, the age of my car meant it was just time refresh, as my old car was starting to hit more problems than you want. I just wanted to move on to something more modern to be fair, it was a future proof investment for me. I'm in Carlisle so I travelled a couple of hours to see the car, I was really impressed with the guys professional service. Long drive but worth it, you do these things for the right reasons, it felt personal, you didn't feel like just another customer. You got given the time of day and Jason made sure it felt like the decision was very much mine!

Everything is going fine with my BMW from MotorTrust. I found this garage as they had the car I wanted, but everything went well with Aiden the salesman. I'd give them a 5 and go back again to them!

Initially when purchasing the car dealing with Jason was great, no problems at all. When I got the car it hadn't been valeted properly there was food in the side of the doors etc. I have called up and Jason said he will send a refund to me so I am still waiting for that. There is a bit of a delay but I am assuming he is busy with other customers but it is definitely something I want sorted. The car itself I am pleased with and for that reason I'd give my experience a 4.
