Overall happy with my experience, and the Ford Puma I bought has been running well, so it's a 5 out of 5.

I wanted a car that was reliable and AA approved for my peace of mind, which MotorTrust did. The Citroen is really good I love it, I would say that even though it’s shown everywhere that there is a three year warranty it wasn’t really spoken about or have it in writing. It would’ve been nice for my peace of mind but other than that everything was great.

About 6 Months ago I took a promotion, and it meant my commute changed from 1 mile down the road to about 30 miles, and my old Polo was going to need about a grand spent on it in March, so I thought it’s better to bite the bullet and get something younger and flashier on the tech side with lower miles. When I did the Autotrader search I put all the parameters in that I wanted and this one only had 9,000 miles which for a 4-year-old car which seemed like the sensible one to go for. Rizwan was really good, I couldn't pick up the car for 10 days or so, as I live in Kent and needed to work it around my Rota at work, and they held the car for me. Its all perfect.

I previously had a BMW X1 and was in need of a car with better accessibility. I had a look around at Motor Trust, they had a wide selection of cars, and the Nissan Juke ticked all of the boxes. It is a fabulous car. The guys at the dealership Talked me through the whole deal, and I thought they were excellent.

5 was left alone to have a look around, nobody hassled us

This is my first car. I am really happy with the Polo, it is a safe, reliable car that gets a lot of miles to the gallon, which is exactly what I was looking for. Jason at the dealership was really informative, he took me round a few cars, giving me advice on what he thinks would be best for me, and he was very knowledgeable. I appreciated his insight. I'd give it 5 stars, as I can't say a single problem with the car or the experience.

The customer experience at MotorTrust was good, I am taking my car to the shop now, but nothing was their fault so I'm quite happy. What stood out to me was the ease of it!

What stood out to me was the good collection of cars that is the main thing. I did the part exchange with MotorTrust it is all going good. The customer service was quite nice it’s all okay. Four stars just because the interest rate was quite high.

I got a Tesla it is completely different to what I have had previously, I've never had an electric vehicle but it is brilliant I am really enjoying it. Adam who I dealt with was absolutely brilliant, if I had any questions I could drop him a text on his work phone and he would get back or give me a call straight away. It was really good communication. When I went to pick it up it was all prepared for me and cleaned spotlessly. I was Umming and ahing regarding the colour of the car as there was a few different ones I liked but I wanted to go with the one at MotorTrust due to the great service. I went for the royal blue and despite my better judgement I went for the white interior. I am super happy with it. Thank you Adam.
