We got the car delivered to us, it was all in the estimated timeframe from what I remember it arrived clean and as expected. The only thing that was disappointing is that we didn't get a charging cable, we were told this would be sent to us in the post but it never arrived. There was also a delays in communication when asking for a walk around video of the car. We did have to chase for this a few times. However we are pleased with the Tesla overall. Alastair. M.

The Audi A6 we bought from MotorTrust seems a good bus, happy with it and everything is grand! The only thing I would say the guy we bought it off, can't think of his name now but found his customer service abrupt regarding the warranties, but we did end up getting this elsewhere to get some peace of mind. We had a Audi A6, a 2Ltr auto and it had done around 360 thousand miles when the gear box gave up, I wanted to go for the 3l bi-turbo black edition and there was only 2 available online, but MotorTrust was only around 30 miles away so went for a look and typically they are the other end of the country so this was perfect for us.

After returning from my hometown in India, I needed a car and got something a little bit nicer, I found this 1 series online and decided that it was what I wanted. I dealt with Kalum he was really very helpful, I'd definitely give them a 5

Everything has been fine so far, I am really happy. The service from Riz was brilliant, I couldn't really fault it, everything was really smooth sailing. I was looking online when I came across the dealership, everything was as described and pictured.

The Volkswagen is all going well, I only keep cars for 2-3 years anyway. I do need to ring up about the wheels as they had no prep work. I was on the lookout for a particular vehicle, and it was the very last one on Autotrader and I went to go see it and I fell in love with it. Not five stars just because of some bits and bobs, the customer service was good they were more than helpful.

The Audi is fine no worries at all, my other one was knackered haha, so I was in need of a new one. MotorTrust was just local to me, and I drove past a couple of times and thought we would give them a try. I dealt with a couple people and they were fantastic, everyone was brilliant. Perfect, defiantly a 5 stars.

My old car was playing up so it was time for a new one, I've had a ford pickup in the past so i know what it’s like. My daughter dealt with MotorTrust in the past, so she recommended it to me. I dealt with a nice lad no problems. We had a walk around and there was a lot of vehicles to choose from. Yeah, no problems 5 stars no issues straight forward and simple.
