I recently purchased my First Car! I went for a Vauxhall Corsa, I am pleased in my decision, it is lovely to drive and feel it is the car for me. For my first time buying a car I wasn't too sure on the process, however the staff at MotorTrust were great, they talked me through everything, any questions I had were answered and I wasn't left feeling unsure. They made sure the car was cleaned prior to me leaving. They even took out the scratches and scuffs for me which was really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I went to motortrust to get her a car. The customer service was dead straightforward. They made sure the car was valetted for her prior to us leaving with it. She has been very happy with it so far. I'd give MotorTrust a 4.5 as nothing is ever 100% perfect but I will say they were very close haha!

Quite happy with the van, everything is fine. Chris was super polite I couldn't complain, I have to give a positive review for him, he was very helpful, it wasn't a super quick process but I've got to say he got everything done efficiently and his communication was spot on. 5 stars for Chris.

All good and we are enjoying our Saab, there has been no issues with the car not even those teething issues you sometimes get when buying a car, Joe was ace at Motor trust, he was responsive and we did feel looked after, Its not a 5 start experience on the whole for us as we had around 13 days where we were without a car due to delays in getting the car as they have some issues getting parts for an issue, but I would consider them again, I'd properly just be a little more conscious with confirming when the delivery or pickup date was and timescales.

I dealt with Chris, I had no problems he was very professional and helpful throughout the purchase. He made sure that the car was valetted for me prior to leaving. I am pleased with the vehicle so far, I have already done around 1500 miles without problems. Thank you Chris.

Kalum was amazing from start to finish, he made me feel welcome as it is a little nerve racking going to purchase a car. He was very accommodating and I felt confident buying off him. The car was cleaned perfectly for me. The only thing I would criticize is when I got the car there was some documents in it about work that had been done prior it was only some scratches that had been taken out, and I wasn't too concerned it would have just been nice to m=be made aware of this prior to purchase.

I would give my experience at Motor Trust a 3-star rating, as the car is good and I've not had any problems, although I had to wait a week longer than expected to get there, and there could have been an improvement in communication and keeping me up to date.

Chris was super helpful, we ran into a issue with the car we were part exchanging, after we had been out for a test drive Chris informed us that the car we were getting rid of had actually been in a accident that we were completely unaware of. He was super helpful, of course we couldn't get what we were originally quoted, but we still got some and were pleased with the Mini that we were purchasing. The car was cleaned spotlessly before we left with it. It is my Wife's car and she has been really happy driving it and not had any issues. Can't fault the service, thank you Motortrust.

I found the Mazda CX-5 online, went to have a look at the car, and Chris at Motortrust took us for a test drive and answered any questions that we had. It would have been 5, but I will have to give it 4 stars simply because the car was not ready when we went to collect it.
