I am local to Motortrust so I have driven past a few times and decided to have a look online what they had in stock. They had a BMW X3 which I liked the look of so went down to view. I deal with Joe he was very helpful and knew what he was talking about, it was a quick process, there was a few things they wanted to sort which took about a week and then I went to collect. it definitely gave me peace of mind that anything that needed doing was done. And I have had no issues with the car. The whole process was drama free, I would highly recommend.

Huge selection of cars inside and out. No hassle from sales people while you're looking round. Ended up buying from here, the guy that sorted us, Kalum, was very helpful.

My Hyundai was initially found on Autotrader, I found the service to be all good from the garage. I'd have to rate them a 4.5 as I had a few problems at the start however the aftersales were great and sorted them out straight. Garage is spot on

Kalum was the salesman I dealt with, he was really friendly but what made it nice was I don't like being hassled when I'm looking for something so he never really over stepped. To be honest he went above and beyond but I never felt like I was being pressured into anything, it was a just nice refreshing change. As soon as we walked in and up to a desk he was there and offered to help but at the same time let me do my own thing while still being there when I needed him. I looked at about 5 or 6 different cars with him and he even looked at the different sites, he never got fed up with me if I didn't like the look of something. I was going to trade a car in and honestly it wasn't a bad price, but my husband spoke to his friend and decided they'd have it. There was never a grumble about going in with the money rather than trading it in. I had already got my finance in place before going there and because of the good communication it meant he had his side of the finance done fast, the whole thing was done in about and hour or two. Its defiantly a 5 for not feeling pressured or pushed he was asking us if I want to this or want to do that. Just no hassle.

Not going to lie, my Dad sorted it all for me, but I went down with him to collect my Mercedes, and on arrival everybody was friendly to me and my Dad. We dealt with Kieran he was nice enough and talked me through the whole process of trading in my A Class which I got good price on, to upgrading my nice GLC. Out of of 5 I'd give them the highest!

The individual I dealt with who worked at the Bury Branch, Jason, was brilliant in assisting me with choosing the car and making sure everything was right for me :) he was super helpful and put my mind at rest over some worries and concerns. He was brilliant! everyone was really lovely and Jason took great care of me when dealing with the car. He was very relaxed and helpful. Everyone was super welcoming! Thanks to everyone there for all their help xx

Love my new Audi A4, great car, had no faults. The process went smoothly, apart from a delay in the finance company. This was nothing to do with motortrust so can't fault them, it was just frustrating. Joe was great to deal with, very helpful. I am still waiting on my logbook which is why I would rate 4.5/5.

Motortrust were great to deal with, I purchased a BMW X1 there was a few issues that came up, however Chris who I was dealing with was transparent and very helpful and all the issues got sorted same day without any issues. Since having the car and driving it, I've had no problems and I am very much enjoying the car. Overall I would rate my experience with Motortrust a 5/5. I have= no complaints about the service I received.

We are really pleased with MotorTrust, the most important things to us was the price, condition of the car and the quickness of delivery. Motortrust exceeded in all 3 aspects. Other places were saying a week to deliver and motortrust had the car to us within a few days which we were really impressed and pleased by. The price for the vehicle was very competitive compared to others and the condition of it was fantastic. There has been no issues since having the car and Chris who helped us throughout the process was great, very professional. If we were looking again in the future we will definitely be returning to motortrust due to this first experience.
