I'm getting along well with the Corolla. I did have to replace all the discs and pads recently, as they were making a noise. Ben was really good at organising all the documents and kept in touch with everything, so I have no complaints about his service or Junior's. He was the one that deliver the car as well

Everything was really quick, I picked the car up on the same day. Only thing was that the original car I wanted was sold to someone else so I had to have another one which had more mileage. Service was sound though, I dealt with Connor who was good.

Customer service from Motortrust was really good, I couldn't fault them. Paul was brilliant, wasn't pushy, just let us have the keys and take it for a drive. There's been a malfunction with the tyre pressure but in fairness it wasn't there when I brought it.

Everything was pretty good, there was a bit of a to do about the time I was collecting the car but it was all sorted in the end. Chad was really helpful, although he wasn't in when I actually collected the car but it was only the quick handover so that was okay.

We love it but can't seem to get good charge. It's our first electric car and apart from that we love the car. We were passing the dealer one day and went in. Nathan was lovely, dead friendly but there wasn’t much feedback from him with regards collection. When we dealt with other dealerships they passed it to somebody else if that person isn’t in but they didn’t do that so better communication needed hence the score. Car was clean and presentable on collection

I was desperate for a new car as mine had broken down the week before and I needed one for work. I explained my situation to them and they said to come in we have one, reserved it and got it straight away. The car was all cleaned as I expected it. Customer service was really good, no problems with that at all and the car is perfect.
