It's been a little while since I visited Mount Vernon Motors, and I'm happy to report that my car has been great. I absolutely love it! I've given it a good run out, especially since I've recently moved from Dumfries to Glasgow. With all the back and forth, it's had a lot of miles put on it, but my Dacia has made the trips much more enjoyable. I can't remember the gentleman's name who helped me, but the customer service was fantastic. He was super helpful and not pushy at all. 5 stars because I wouldn't change anything, if I was to visit the dealership again.

Glen made the process of buying my new Ford C-Max very easy and he was more than happy to help me every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect. After taking the car out on a short test drive, I was happy to go ahead with it, and Glen handled the rest from that point on.

My Astra has been running smoothly since I got it. The customer service was top-notch because me and my partner were really helpful throughout the process. I spotted it on Autotrader and when I saw it in person, it was nice to see it was in the condition advertised. When we arrived, they took good care of us, making sure everything they promised was delivered. When I picked it up, it was beautifully presented, which was a nice touch.

I just needed a quick sale and the team were very accommodating of this because they managed to get all of the paperwork pushed through quickly. I'm very happy with how everything went.

The Fiat Doblo is spot on for my needs, mostly for the daily commute to work. This was my first time dealing with this company, and I left with a very good impression of the place. They struck the right balance between giving us space to browse and being available for any questions we had. So after a quick walk-around and a test drive, I was happy to take the car, which has been great for now. Overall, it was a first-class experience. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family, and if I'm ever in the market for another car, I'll be sure to check out what they have available.

I didn't have much involvement with the purchase of the Mercedes Citan purchased from here, I just went down to collect it, but the car was tip top on arrival. For the time I was at the dealership though I was treated as a well respected customer and the team remained professional throughout. It was a quick ordeal but worthy of 5 stars none the less.

No problems at all with the Audi A3. Giving it a solid 5 stars. The team have always been super responsive at answering any of my questions and have been quick to respond.

The car's doing just grand, no complaints here. I opted for the Kia 'cause it caught me eye, and when I did see it in person, it was just as good as I'd hoped, you could tell it had been very well looked after because it was spotless inside a out. It was a bit of a change from me last car because I'm used to being closer to the ground, but now I'm sittin' a bit higher, and I quite like it. Gave the dealership a solid 5 stars, the lads were top-notch. They even had a dog in the office, which was a nice touch.

The Peugeot 207's been a solid drive, nae bother at all, smooth and sailin' so far. The missus has been driving it mainly, and she's chuffed with it. I was with ehr on the day and we were both impressed with the customer service because it was spot-on, just as the previous reviews mentioned, and the car's in the condition they described. Gave 'em a solid 5 stars for that. Helpful bunch, and though it's a wee bit of a trek, about 40 minutes fae the dealership, it's been worth it.
