I recently visited mount Vernon motors after stumbling across them on Autotrader. I had been looking to buy a new car for some time but hadn't quite found the right one... until I found the Fiesta... it was within my price range and had all the features I wanted so I went to see it. It was very clean when I got there and it certainly didn't look used, it looked fantastic. I will be recommending this establishment to others and if I or any family members do need a new car I will be coming back here with them.

I don't think Mount Vernon Motors have a single bad review to their name! And that is for the sole reason that they are faultless in everything they do. From first walking through their doors they are smiley and welcoming, all the way up to me leaving with my Megane they were brilliant. I originally saw the car on Autotrader, and with them having such a reputable name, I popped down to their site asap. When I arrived, the car looked absolutely immaculate and they presented it beautifully. I really couldn't have asked for much more off of them, their service was impeccable and the car has been faultless. I will definitely be recommending!

The team were probably the nicest bunch I have ever met in the car dealer world. They were so so helpful and really made the effort to look after me and my new to be car. My Polo was absolutely spotless when it came to the collection, it really looked the part! It is probably one of the nicest cars that I have drove up to now, the gears are so smooth and it drives effortlessly. I even came back after the sale to ask a few more questions, and they were more than happy to sit and explain everything in detail. Without a doubt I would definitely recommend them to anyone, they really look after you from beginning to end and even after that!

Everything is going really well with my BMW... so far, so good! It is driving really well and has caused me no issues whatsoever. The car was great value for money after looking around and finding this to be the best in terms of age, mileage and condition for the price! With this dealership you know exactly what you are paying for, there is no hidden fees, it's all laid on the table and nothing is kept in the dark. I chose a Range Rover and it has been running perfectly ever since collecting it, I am totally over the moon with it! It is in wonderful condition for a second hand car. I would happily return again they were so helpful and the car is immaculate.

Absolutely nae hassle whatsoever! They were a bunch of really nice guys and provided a 10/10 experience. I asked for a replacement light as one of the bulbs had gone, and they got that sorted for me no problems at all. They covered everything that I needed to know so I cannot give any faults... they were flawless.

My DS3 is what I have been on the hunt for for soooo long, however, I wanted to wait until Mount Vernon had one in stock. Mount Vernon were brilliant with me the first time round so I was adamant I wanted to buy from here again! As soon as I saw this one available I rang up instantly for a viewing and they booked me in straight away. It was better than I ever imagined it to be! It was so clean and looked immaculate inside and out. The team were lovely to deal with and had fountains of knowledge so I felt as if I was in very safe hands. I've had a few bad experiences in the past and I am often apprehensive when going to dealerships. However, I am so pleased to say that Mount Vernon really took me under their wing and looked after me from beginning to end when I visited their dealership. They were absolutely fantastic and explained everything that I needed to know, took their time with everything never rushed or pressurised me into buying the car. Any question I had was answered there and then, the whole team are highly knowledgeable. My Range Rover has been perfect ever since buying, its a dream to drive and everything I've always wanted. The guys at Mount Vernon Motors are really happy and upbeat and this reflects well in their work, they are bubbly, friendly and genuinely look like they enjoy their job. They go to town to make an effort so you feel welcome and comfortable during your purchase. My salesman was really thorough going through all the paperwork of the sale and he ensured all parties were happy with the deal before going ahead. My Megane is a lovely car, I absolutely love the way it drives, it is just a newer model of my last car, this one has alot more going on and loads of new features, its great. I will definitely be sticking with these guys from now on, I have zero complaints.
