I can't get over how amazing Mount Vernon have been with me whilst I purchased my Mercedes A200. They were such a lovely group of people, it was a nice environment and not the generic pressurised showroom. It was really chilled out when I was viewing the car, no pushiness at all. I went in with my young son, and the salesman was so patient with us both, he was very friendly and understood my needs and budget well. It was so nice to go to a dealership who is for the people and not the money. I wish more dealers were like these guys, they have been absolutely fantastic. Since buying, I've even been in to other dealerships where I've had problems previously and told them how superior Mount Vernon has been compared to them😂 I honestly can not put into words how happy I am with Mount Vernon, you guys were an absolute credit to yourselves and have gained a customer for life in me. I have recommended these guys to so many people and will continue doing so. They are THE dealership that everybody needs in their life!

My new motor is driving soundly, it has been a great new addition. I am as happy as Larry with the car, really impressed! The customer service was impeccable, they were extremely helpful and really looked after me throughout the whole process. The hunt is finally over! I have found THE one. After looking for hours, and viewing multiple Mercs, I finally came across this beauty. It was the best condition out of them all, it had the highest spec, the cleanest interior and exterior, and was an absolute bargain of a price. As soon as I viewed it I fell in love, and I've not looked back since. Mount Vernon were absolutely fantastic, helpful and really accommodated me during the purchase. Great garage, very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I did have a few issues at the beginning, however, they handled them exceptionally well and got it sorted for me with no problems at all. This time I purchased an Astra and as expected the car is exactly what I hoped for, its even better than advertised, much more character and some great modern features.
