This is my second-ever car and my first time going to a dealership alone. This can feel quite daunting, especially for a woman, but Craig was honestly amazing and really helpful—just all-around great. The Seat Ibiza itself has had no problems and is a nice upgrade from my old Clio.

My husband bought a Ford Transit last month from My Car Choice, and I haven't heard one complaint throughout the whole process, so everything must be alright, haha. He uses the van daily for work locally, and he seems very happy with it.

I purchased a Seat Ibiza for my son as his first car. The guys at the dealership were super helpful and delivered the car, as we live pretty far away, managing to complete everything within just a few days. I'd give the guys 4/5 stars, only because I felt the forecourt could have been better presented. However, the weather was pretty bad, which I guess is beyond their control.

Everything about the customer service and the car were spot on, and I'm really happy with my Seat Ibiza.

Since passing my test in December, I had been looking for a VW Polo as I had heard they are really good for first-time drivers like me. I was struggling to find one in the right colour from a trustworthy dealership, so I was really glad that when I saw my perfect car on My Car Choice and called them up, they were super proactive, responsive, and supportive. I was helped by the owner of the dealership and another woman, but unfortunately, I cannot remember their names. They were both so helpful and talked me through everything from registering my vehicle to taking out my first finance agreement. All I need now is a bit more confidence on the roads.

I don't have a bad word to say about Craig and the team at My Car Choice. They were spot on, and I feel like they gave 100% effort. I visited a few dealerships before here, but none were anywhere near as accommodating. Craig's service really stood out as he explained everything in detail and really looked after me. Although I've had a couple of issues with my car since, they have sorted them straight away, which I am really grateful for. Perfect in every way.

My Car Choice was recommended to me through a third party, and I'm really happy I chose to follow through. This is my first hybrid car, but it's really economical and good to drive. We've had no issues with it so far and have given it a good run out, as we do a lot of miles for work. The dealership itself was a great experience with no hiccups, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
