All is well with the Audi A5, I must say I had a few issue towards the start but it was the way they were rectified that blew me away. I know there's a lot of cowboys out there and it worried me initially but I soon realised I had nothing to worry about. If i had an issue I would just call up, inform them about it and it would be sorted in the click of the fingers. Since then we been chilling, getting used to the car. I like the car a lot man. I wouldn't give My Car Choice anything but 5 stars, reason being the way they dealt with the small issues my car had with no quibble, I appreciate that a lot.

I am lovingggg the new Audi A3, such a huge change as I came from a older Polo! It was quite the upgrade, it does drive very different but its very nice though, I must say! The Audi was was just as described, from the guy describing what it looked like compared to what looked like on my arrival, it look just the same, he certainly did not miss a beat! I found everyone to be very kind and very helpful. My sales advisor made sure I had full understanding of the sale before we went though with anything. It was a lovely experience that I thoroughly enjoyed!💗

I am over all very happy with each and every aspect of my experience down at My Car Choice. The Volkswagen Polo is driving beautifully, no faults, no knocks or anything of the sort. I could not be happier with my new little car, its a great drive that I love driving each time I am behind the wheel. The customer care was top, I was best impressed with how helpful and lovely all of the members of staff were. I felt very comfortable at all times and not once was any one pushy or tried any hard sell. I have no qualms with giving this excellent dealership a beaming 5 star rating!

Down at My Car Choice I was dealing with Craig, he was brilliant from start to finish! He was so helpful and polite and friendly towards us and had a wide range of knowledge which blew me away. It was a nice atmosphere and no sales person put pressure on at any time.

Purchasing the Audi A5 was a great experience, it was a pretty smooth and easy process. The car was just as described and looked great for when I arrived. I am enjoying driving the Audi and getting used to it nicely. I would certainly recommend to friends or family that are thinking of buying a new car and I would come back to My Car Choice for my next car is in the pipe line.

Great Service

I purchased a VW Caddy from My Car Choice and it's doing great, I found my process to be very straight forward and very simple. Communicating with the chap dealing with me was really easy too. At all times I found the staff down at My Car Choice to be responsive and understanding and certainly very helpful. It wouldn't be anything else but being straight up there with the 5 star.

Very impressed with my Vauxhall and the customer service that it came with it. I will use again when I'm ready to swap cars.
