We got my son's car from this dealership two months ago, and he's absolutely loving it. He uses it for work, football, and occasional trips but he can't get enough of it. The customer service was brilliant from everyone involved, they explained all the paperwork clearly, which was especially helpful as my 17-year-old son had just passed his test. They were very patient and accommodating, showing us around at our own pace during our visits. We went back twice before deciding. The car my son wanted had just arrived, and they managed to turn it around in just four days. We hadn't heard of this dealership before but my son found them online while sending me pictures of cars. We are only located in the next town over, so I was shocked that a great dealership was so close. His brother is jealous because he didn't get a Seat from here, so we might be back when he is ready to get a new car.

Unfortunately I've not managed to drive my new Seat as much as I'd like to because of how busy I've been but for the time I have driven it, It's been a brilliant car and that's why I hate not being able to go out in it more. On the day I was really grateful that the team offered me a test drive, which saved me the trouble of asking and it would have been a deal breaker if they didn't let me. I would happily visit My Car Choice again.

Everything was fine with the buying experience. My Hyundai Tuscan is running well, so I can't complain.

I've had my Audi A3 for a good couple of months now but unfortunately I work in London but my primary location is Cornwall, so I've only managed to drive my Seat for a couple of weeks after the purchase before I had to come back to London. I've not done a great deal of milage but it was enough to put the car through it's pace, and it's been doing well for now. I look forward to getting back home and driving it though. It was my first time buying a car without seeing it, so naturally I checked the reviews before committing to the purchase and luckily I had a similar experience to most. The car was true when it arrived, I wasn't left with any hidden surprises when it arrived and the gentleman was very helpful to talk me through the controls.

I have known for a while I would like to buy a Seat Ibiza, so when the time came I headed for a look on AutoTrader. When I came across My car Choice's advert for a Seat Ibiza it really caught my eye, this car was a really great price and it had black alloys- Bonus! Then I noticed how far away the dealership was to me, for a moment I felt gutted, then noticed they delivered. I started the process and they made it so incredibly smooth, I dont think I ever had to call them with an issue, a few days after finding the car it was delivered on my drive, its amazing, such a nice car and I couldn't be happier!

Recently I had surgery on my ankle, so I've not driven my car that much, but it's been spot on at the moment. I'm old school and I like to see the cars first before buying them. However, this was the first time buying a car without seeing it. With me being based in Scotland, it was too far, so I took a gamble. Throughout, the team had great communication and was quick at responding to any questions I had. I arranged for the car to be delivered and it arrived without any issues. I would highly recommend. Based on this experience, I would buy another car this way.

After a couple of complications with my old finance company on my previous car, I didn't think I'd be able to get the Seat Leon that I wanted but then the amazing sales team helped me to sort it out and made it possible! So a big thank you to the team for their patience and help. I honestly can't pick fault with my time at the dealership. The car has been good fun since driving it away and I look forward to putting some miles on it.

What a company! I can tell why this dealership's reviews are so good because each one I managed to read before travelling down to see the Seat turned out to be true when I got there. It was the perfect experience and it's a shame there aren't more dealerships like this one. I managed to have the pleasure of dealing with both Tanvir/Craig who were so down to earth, and who were always happy to help. I can't speak highly enough of my experience.

Other than having a slight battery issue at the start, the car has been great and lets be honest it was something no one could have know and My Car Choice was quick to get the issue resolved, which is the important thing. I took delivery of my Volkswagen Polo because of the distance between myself and the dealership but I was very impressed to see that the car was beautifully presented and arrived on time! I didn't waste any time and took the car straight out and I'm very happy with it. I would happily recommend them.
