I had to return the XM to My Next Car as there were issues with it. My Next Car has sorted out a replacement car for me without any issues.

I don’t remember the name of the person I delt with, however they were good as gold. The Q7 itself is in good condition for its age and has got no issues with it. There is one small thing we’re trying to resolve currently that has taken the experience down to 4* with an invoice we’re waiting for to be paid by the dealership. We were looking at the Q7s and Volvos XC90 as they’re 7 seaters, we ended up with the Audi as I’m an Audi person. This one had a high spec paint on it, special order from Audi, double glazing. It's got a lot of extras, sun double sunroof and all sorts.

The Zafira has been alright so far. My next car are quite local to me, I’ve been looking for a car and quite a few were a bit rubbish, this one was pretty tidy. The whole process was pretty easy and straightforward. They even done a full service, MOT and brakes done for me. My Next Car might have my next car if I’m in the market for something a bit more sportier in the future!

My Next Car has been spot on! I’ve delt with Jamie from the customer service team and he has looked after me, every call I’ve made has not hang more than twice. The Nissan Navara has been great and the customer service has been amazing! I never give 5 starts so even 4.5 is a exception.
