I am very happy with how the deal went. It was extremely comfortable, very straightforward and I will say it was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had. Everything they said happened they way they said it would. There was no delays on their part. I sent the car off for a pre-purchase inspection which the dealership were happy for me to do, while it was there I asked if there was a valet. My next car gave the go ahead for the car to be valeted and freshly Mot'd, this gave me piece of mind and confidence to buy from them because they had no reservations in me getting an inspection done. It was a high level of customer service from start to finish. I couldn't fault them at all. It was just perfect. Thank you to everyone at My Next Car!

Nice bunch of guys, I went to the dealership in person to collect, I did have to wait while they did some finishing touches to the car but had a coffee while I waited and then got the deal done. The only disappointing thing was in the advert description it said the car had a reversing camera and it doesn't. Other than that I am very pleased with the car and had no problems.

Overall my rating is a 3.5/5 as the service from the staff and buying the car was great that would be a 4 however the car itself I would give a 3 as there was issues with the pulleys which I noticed when the car was delivered as when I started it they were squeaking. I am also having to get the AVC Pump replaced/fixed as that is what is causing the problem. Lucky the cost of this is covered. In regards to the delivery it was smooth and on time, they dropped off the car I have now and took mine away as a part exchange. The advert for the car was fairly accurate, I found all the images and aesthetics of the car to be correctly shown, I do think that the mechanical side should have had more detail in regard to any issues. However overall it has been an okay experience.

Been using the car everyday since purchase, it is my daily vehicle so use it to get to and from work. I have had no issues with it which I am pleased about. I found the staff at the dealership to be very helpful, they offered me a drink and the turnaround to get the car was the same day. I would rate 4.5/5 as there is always room for improvement.

I was looking for a specific Toyota, which I found at My Next Car. The Toyota Avensis is running sweet as a nut for a 20 year old car. The guys were fantastic, they even took the car into Toyota to have something repaired and covered the cost before I collected it. When I collected the car, it had a full tank of petrol.

The guys at the dealership were brilliant, they were so professional. I went with the G-wagon it is going in for a full service at Mercedes next week, and then I think I'm going to send it to Albania. I am hoping to go back to the dealership and get a Lamborghini Urus later this year, we will see how things go.
