My experience at My Next Car has been incredibly refreshing. Unlike other dealerships where pushy sales tactics are the norm, My Next Car provided a completely different atmosphere. Ash, in particular, was amazing—I can't praise him enough. He made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, Ash and the team at My Next Car focused on understanding my needs rather than pushing for a quick sale. They provided valuable insights and guidance without any pressure, allowing me to make an informed decision at my own pace. I have no hesitation in recommending My Next Car to others and would gladly purchase from them again in the future. Their customer-centric approach sets them apart, and I believe many dealerships could learn a thing or two from their exemplary service.

Recently brought a BMW X4, took it home and noticed a rattle, My Next Car immediately collected leaving us with a courtesy car whilst the repair was carried out, they kept us informed all the way, delivered our car fully valeted and working perfectly. Five star service, can not fault these guys, we'll definitely in the future.

My Next Car is truly a superb garage! I went down to look at a Volkswagen Tiguan and I am really happy with it. They were excellent and the car was really good value.

The sales team at My Next Car are really proactive. I had called to go and see an Audi A3 and by the time I arrived they had got it all ready and cleaned for me. They did offer to have it delivered to me but I just like to do it old school. I like to go in person so I can have a good look at the car and take it out so I know how it feels and things before I make a decision. In this case, I wouldn't have been disappointed anyway as it is great and even with me driving it a lot it has had no issues so far. No issues with My Next Car at all but nobody is perfect so I can't bring myself to give a full 5* haha!

My experience with the guys at My Next Car was really good. They looked after me and helped me find my new Range Rover. The car has been running fine, the only problem I had was 2 days after I drove it away the wheel nearly came off but when I let the guys know they sorted it all out for me. I am 70 miles away from them so they even sorted out getting the car recovered to them at their cost so that it was less of an inconvenience for me which was a nice touch.

I got my BMW 3 Series from My Next Car and it is lovely! It's the most expensive car I have ever bought but it is a lovely car and I am well impressed with it and with the garage. The sales guy was fantastic. After I took it away, I told them that 3 of the tyres were bald and they just had me send pictures so they could order the right size and then had it back down and sorted ASAP, no issues at all. The service was phenomenal, they were amazing and just lovely lads. There were no pushy salesmen they just sat me down and had a cup of tea with me while we had a chat about what I was looking for and just said they would see if they can find what I want but if not there was no pressure to buy something else. There was such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere despite being next to these amazing cars like Lamborghinis and Ferraris and I got the impression that you would get the same treatment whether you are spending £1000 or £100,000. They are young lads but they are really knowledgeable. 10 out of 10, great bunch of lads!

I saw the VW Phaeton online and rang the guys at My Next Car to see if it was still available. Half an hour later I was there and the car was waiting at the front for me. I took it for a test drive up and down the A1 and was sold so I took it there and then. It was on my drive within 3 hours! The guys were great, there was an oil light on the dash but they were totally honest and upfront about it and I have since had it checked with a VW specialist who confirmed there isn't an actual issue. Really friendly and top guys.

I had been hesitating over getting a Jaguar for months, I have always wanted one but just couldn't make my mind up whether or not to actually bite the bullet. When I saw the F-Type at My Next Car, which is on my doorstep, it was like it was meant to be. I took it as a sign and went down and it was on my drive within 2 hours. The guys were spot on and really helpful. I can't get out in it as much as I would like but I am trying to as much as I can as I love it.

As a trader, I buy cars often and the guys at My Next Car always sort me out. I recently got a Lamborghini Aventdor from them and it was in lovely nick. It is always a smooth process with them so I will continue to use them often.
