Overall I’m pretty happy with my purchase and the service from Nationwide Commercials. Luke was very helpful throughout. My only disappointment was that the van needed to go straight into a local garage due to having too much oil, and I was advised it potentially hadn’t been serviced which cost me around £300. It was a bit frustrating so soon after buying, but aside from that I’m pleased with the van and it's been running fine ever since.

Luke at Nationwide Commercials is a lovely bloke who's really easy to talk to and very helpful. I’d been searching for a VW Caddy van for about three months and struggled to find one with the right mileage, condition, and price. Luke’s was by far the best I’d seen, and his advice was spot on as he clearly knows his stuff. The van’s been brilliant, I’ve used it nearly every day since buying it, and it’s going really well. I’m very happy with my choice.

Luke as really good at Nationwide Commercials, I had no issues with how he handled the sale. The only thing I'm waiting for is the service history for my Transporter. The van it's self has been all good, with no issues.

I've had my Volkswagen Crafter since May and everything so far has been good with the van. It's been straight on the road and has already done 5000 miles on the clock, without any issues.

I have to say the aftersales support from Luke at Nationwide Commercials was absolutely second to none. I bought my van back in January and unfortunately had an issue with the AdBlue sensor within 24 hours. My heart sank as I’d just traded in a car that had been perfect, so I feared the worst. But Luke was at my door the very next morning with a courtesy vehicle. He took my van away, had it fixed quickly and returned it without any hassle or questions. It’s been running perfectly ever since. It’s incredibly reassuring to know that if I ever need help, they’ll be right there. You really can’t put a price on that kind of service these days.
