I brought a car off them last year I’m February. After getting the car I took it to my mechanic. Upon inspection multiple problems were found with the car including a coil spring completely out of place, which is not only illegal but an instant MOT fail. Meaning the MOT done in their possession was either not correctly done or not done at all. Returned the car 11 days later after trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and option to fix. Finding out later on this car also had its miles clocked back. They only gave me a partial refund and kept over £400. I took them to county court where they purposely prolonged the whole thing. Anything they could do to make it more stressful / longer they did. Luckily I didn’t give up. I sent in over 60 pages of evidence. Only this month has it actually finished. I won my court case as it was obvious I was in the right. They have also been reported to trading standards. Please please PLEASE avoid buying a car here and do your research beforehand. Pretty much all the reviews on google for this company are AWFUL. Except auto trader which I cannot understand how they’ve done that (fake reviews maybe)

I bought a 2012 Renault Scenic in November. Very happy with my car and with the communication leading up to buying it, very pleased with the after- sales service too. Friendly staff. I would recommend buying your next car from here. I would be happy to buy another from Nawaie Motoring!

They sell illegal dangerous cars with fake MOT’s! Very unhelpful, crap communication and fake reviews everywhere! Please do not buy from this company they need shutting down!

My son purchased car only after 4 weeks engine developed misfire , they have put some oil in it to quieten tappets down and once that wore off , very noisy asked what they will do and said they will look at it only to be sat down there 2 months when got car back exactly same happened ( so obviously used same method ) broken tappets causing misfire looking at £1500 to repair so after running out of money to continue with actions of taking to small claims court ending up scrapping car due to lack of funds so wasted over £5000 , so unless you want to throw money away AVOID these cowboys .only gave 1star as couldn’t give nil

Brought a Ford focus from there in July 2020 it’s not even been a year yet had nothing but problems with the cars electrics the radio just turns off whilst driving or won’t turn on when starting the car the home display won’t even turn off when u lock the car the windows sometimes won’t go up when the ignition is on i only had the car a couple days and it was saying car battery low took it back to them witch they replaced it but it was still saying the same thing so I contacted them again and explained they said it’s a new battery well if it’s a new battery it shouldn’t be saying that as there must be a fault in the electrics ? Even my partner contacted them they said they would get back to me and nothing yet I still have the same problems to this day so I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from here to much hassle

From the very beginning I have been fobbed off, they take a ‘admin amount’ from you, they then lie to you countless times about the condition of the car. When you ring to resolve it they reject your call. Customer service is awful especially the oldbury branch. Never again will I look to get a car from this awful showroom

They were helpful from the start especially Amin they even kept for me my old car until I could pick it with my husband and when I had a slight problem with the car they were happy to fix it immediately the car even comes back clean very happy with the service very professional and very kind thoughtful service. I recommend them.

Top lads at Nawaie, provided with the best customer service They was completely honest and gave us the best after sales service. Had an small issue they prioritised it and got it sorted within 40 minutes. Vehicle was clean inside out Honest people will definitely buy from here again

How these people still sell cars is beyond me! I paid £13000 for a Mercedes A220 which had a fault as soon as I got home to South Wales ( 3 hour drive) so it went back! 4weeks later they tell me the car hasn’t even been looked At, the worst customer service I’ve ever done across. I asked what are they willing to do and the reply I got was we can give it back to you as it is and you can fix it! These people are complete rip offs and give the worst customer service ever! I advise anyone to stay well away from them I’ve had nothing but trouble
