I have dealt with main dealers for years, however Ncv sales had the exact model and spec I was after, so i decided to give them a shot! Was blown away with the level of service much more customer friendly and knowledgeable than the young pups today at main dealers!! Thanks George very happy with my new x5

I’ve waited for almost 4 months to post a review ‘just in case’! I needed a run around as a 2nd car and literally bought the cheapest car on the forecourt. It came freshly serviced and with a 12 month MOT with no advisories, and was also valeted inside nicely. After having it Home for about 7-10 days, I noticed a small oil leak on my driveway and rang them back up to discuss it. I was asked to drop it back in so that the issue could be sorted. A new sump gasket was fitted under warranty. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful through the process. At this moment in time I’ve done a fair few miles in the 4 months of ownership with no other issues. The ‘after sales’ service was good. I would be happy to buy from here again in the future
Recently travelled from Malta to buy a van from this company that I had seen on Autotrader. I was informed that the van had been serviced and fully checked. I pointed out 1 of the tyres needed to be checked prior to delivery(again assured that it would be done) Following day, totally flat tyre and no spare. Tried contacting them and as yet no response. Just basic customer care lacking. I wont be buying again thas for sure.

I told them i was coming to veiw van 100 miles. they had 2 weeks to prepare van. he assured me van was good for a test drive.i asked how high inside, he said he was 6 ft and could stand up. im 5 ft 10 so thought that will be fine..he also assured me that the disabled tailift worked. this is a disabled persons vehicle. i arrived to find van still being prepared.i could not stand upright in van, he said he had not meant to mislead me..i tried the disabled tail lift, that couldn't be got working. i took it for a test drive, with no breaking the van pulled quite bad to the right..sale fell through because of my lack of confidence in ncv...the manager would not talk to me on phone. very poor. shame i had to travel a round journey of 200 odd miles to find all the problems.

NCV Sales weren't bad, but there was bits they could improve on! They were like my best friend and very helpful when buying the car, However, once I bought it they suddenly changed.The aftercare is no where near as good! Just a shame their attitude changes after buying the car as before hand they were very nice and helpful!

I would recommend NCV Sales, The whole process went very smoothly and I had no problems at all! The Mitsubishi I bought was clean and in good condition! The only drawback was the really long journey to get there, but we made a day out of it so was worth it in the end!

I purchased a Fiat Grande Punto from NCV Sales. The service was good and over all the car was in very good condition. The were a couple of things not right that the dealer said he would rectify which have not yet been done though and if you come in to view a specific car and test drive it they are very reluctant to let you view/test drive any others. but other than they they were okay, I would recommend them but with slight caution.

Hi people gave deposit on Mazda CX-5, before collecting they found a problem with coolant leak. Wouldn't let me have vehicle until sorted to ensure no problems in future. Collected vehicle after about 3.5 months had routine service at Mazda found problem with abs system. Rang NCV they helped towards repairs. Mazda told me found them very responsive & helpful. Received contribution in post within days. Would buy from them again as didn't get the cold shoulder.
