NCV Sales in Nottingham are a family run company who really went out there way to make a fuss of me.I am really Impressed with my Volkswagen. Will be back for my next car and my sons new car shortly.

Bought a 06 fiesta from here back in 2010. Great car!! Still going now without any engine problem or other big problems. Will be getting a car from here in the future. Defo recommend

Bought a car from them 01/04/15 and noticed a slight problem with it. Reported problem to garage and was told not to worry they would sort it out. Was advised to take it to Citroen for diagnostics. NCV booked us an appointment at our local dealer but it was 8 days away. We managed to get an appointment for the following day at a different Citroen dealer. Citroen confirmed that there was an issue with the clutch and it would be £3000 to fix. When Citroen rang NCV, the salesman was rude to the dealer. Took a trip to NCV but they refused to pay for the faulty car to be repaired (we'd had the car 7 days by this point!). They offered to give us back our old car which we did as we had very little choice. We stated that we would need reimbursing for the money we'd paid out for a car that we were no longer keeping (tax, insurance, diagnostics etc.). We were told we'd have to wait until 18 April as the boss was on holiday. The sales guy we were dealing with was useless and bolshy. Not once did anyone offer any kind of apology for the trouble we'd had. We sat at NCV for 5 hours while they kept trying to fob us off. I rang them the next day and was told that they'd 100% settled our finance. This turned out to be a lie and they didn't actually do it until 4 days later. This has caused us problems on obtaining further finance for a replacement car. We have waited the 8 days until the boss came back off holiday to get a response regarding reimbursing the insurance cancellation fee etc. They promised they ring us. No call. Rang them at 12:40 and was told they'd call us back. Rang again at 3:30 and was told to wait 30 minutes. They eventually spoke to us just as they were closing. They won't pay us the money outstanding and every time we tried to argue it, the bolshy salesman hangs up the phone. We will not be giving up. I'd advise anyone wanting to buy a car, to stay away from NCV as they have no customer service whatsoever and are complete cowboys.
