First class service from the sales team, Auran Sharma kept me up to date throughout the purchase of our new car. Also a word about KIM on handover, she was efficient, knowledgeable and a really nice person to be with, it couldn't have gone smoother. So overall, Excellent service, great dealership and would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle either new or used in the future. You won't be disappointed.
Auran Sharma has now processed my 8th vehicle from NK MOTORS, DERBY. My previous car was written off in an accident and Auran went beyond what a customer could normally expect from the dealership. The vehicle I wanted was not immediately available so he not only ensured that process was actioned as quickly as possible, but also sourced a courtesy car over the Christmas and New Year period. The level of customer service was, as always, professional and, from my previous KIA purchases, the back up support regards handover {Kim}, service, MOT and warranty troubleshooting issues remains at that initial customer/dealership level of experience. Had info recently come through of showroom sale as a result of wife buying a Rio a few years back. Visited and service/rapport with Ali led to me buying a Sportage. All staff were nice and pleasant. Although issue with Sat nav system, as I am a dinosaur, Ali was more than helpful in explaining how it and playing music through mobile is used!
Selecting the model, payment, legalities, getting on the road - all dealt with very expertly by Auran and Kim. Both used their people skills and technical expertise to make the process really pleasant. They have the confidence that comes from representing a great Dealership with fabulous products.

Has a few issues and the aftercare was terrible. They take your money but drop you like a stone afterwards! Listed with FSH but had a part service history which was not made clear to me at all. Avoid

From 2019 to this day, we have been loyal customers of NK Motors Debry. The reason we chose this particular salon was based on the recommendation of many good friends. Our first purchase of a brand new car was in 2019. As we live in Basildon, Essex, our main communication is by phone. Many thanks to Auran for his patience and attention, as my husband and I always have different requirements for a car. Auran is always very responsive and always finds a way to make both my husband and I happy. Yesterday we received our new car (3rd in a row), which was completely ordered over the phone, thanks to Auran's patience and good communication. The car is exactly according to my requirements. I love it! Thank you very much, NK Motors Derby, and a very special thank you to Auran! Expect us again!

Unpleasant experience with these guys, on the plus side responsive. That’s where it ends. Found a car to match and as an easy customer (no test drive just buy) I asked a few questions for clarity. Those were answered largely. On the negatives 1I was 250 miles from the dealer and I could not offer any solution to buy the car and ship to me (paying for or not). Answer - we won’t do that even though a 10 hour round trip to say hi. A zoom call? A phone call? Dark ages. 2 let me ask my manager technique. Always using the buffer of the supposed manager who says no.but no logic or reasons provided. Asking t speak with them denied. It’s like a 1980’s car lot play. 3. Once ready to buy and deal agreed. Finance approved etc. oh there are £2000 of extras I forgot to mention. Some not optional like an admin fee or fuel or tax. If they are not optional put them in the price. Like a timeshare sales situation. 4. Having navigated those asked for a deal, on a coupe Of the “extras’ and agreed , finance, off overnight to ask my manager technique again? Be back to you in the morning. 5 message in the morning. We sold the car. Would you like an alternative. At this point had rearranged my diary to make a 10 hour trip for a 10 minute handshake and coffee and nice to meet you. A pointless trip. Felt unclean at the end of it. Telling everyone you have great service and leaving them feeling dirty and disposed. Horrible experience.

Purchased a Kia Niro from Auran and the team at NK Motors Derby and couldn’t be more pleased. As usual the whole process ran smoothly, nothing is too much trouble and there are never any issues. The really nice part is that I can pick up the phone anytime and speak directly to Auran or one of the team and that they know both me and my vehicle. Can’t fault the whole experience from beginning to end or Kia vehicles hence just purchased my 3rd from them! 😊
