North Star garages provides a fantastic service for used cars. No hassle, very professional and a good selection of used cars. From the moment i entered the forecourt i was assisted by Ollie who was on hand to answer any questions i had but left me alone to browse when i needed space to think. Found a fantastic Audi A1, fair price and in great condition. Offered a fair price on a part exchange for my car. The process of buying and part exchanging was seamless from start to finish. Ollie is a great salesman and very professional. I can't think of a single criticism. If you are looking to buy a used car and or part exchange you would be mad not to pay North Star a visit. North Star Sussex have no respect for customers, will sell any rubbish to whoever's paying with no regard for quality or service. Would not recommend them ever. They don't do what they say they will and they are liars.

You didn't take any notice when I rang and came over or when I spent what seemed like months dealing with that pile of junk that was sold to me so why would you bother now.....over a year on from when I left the review!!! Shockingly bad just sums north star up!!
I went to North Star in April and came away with a Ford Focus. This is not the first car I have had from them they are so reliable! They guys at the dealership are really professional and friendly and the car has had absolutely no issues at all. I would Highly recommend this dealership to absolutely anyone. So pleased.
