We travelled out to look at the car advertised and found ourselves looking at lots of cars as North West Autos had lots of great cars at good prices. The staff let us take our time to view the cars and most importantly the one we went to see. After chatting to Jimmy and the guys who where all really friendly and helpful we put a deposit on the car. The car then went for a fresh MOT and full service, Habash kept in touch through the week and everyone was friendly and helpful 😊 Car was delivered to our house and we are very happy 👍 🚘 great car, great service thank you

where should I start from an amazing team, especially Bash, who made us feel at home and answered every question we had about the car. Many thanks to Bash and his team for making us feel welcome, and if I were to buy another car, I would definitely come here.

Purchased a BMW from NWA.
Got to the showroom at 12.30 pm, after a 5 hour train ride from South Wales, I was expecting to pick the car up and drive home hoping to get home around 7 ish. When I arrived there they told me my car was still on the ramp needing a part fitting to it. Then after 6 hours waiting in the office my car was ready. Realy took the enjoyment out of picking up a new car, got home at 12.30am, the only good thing is that the car is great

Superb. I called in on the off chance and came out with a great car. Everything was explained to me about the deal very thoroughly and there was no rush or pressure despite the fact that they were busy. Very impressed ,and the car is superb too.
