Throughout the experience buying my Ford KA from NWTC, Austin the salesman was great, he was helpful and informative about the car's. I would say that the only thing I can think of that they could improve upon is regular updates but other than that I'm happy.

It has taken me a bit of getting used to going from a 2019 plate to a 2003 plate Range Rover. It has still been good, and it's doing what it's supposed to. I have already recommended the Trade Centre to other people as they have some right bargains in there! I have been looking at one myself recently.

I was looking for a new car the Corsa matched my preference while being in my price range. I have had one before, and I just liked driving it and felt safe. There were a couple of issues with the Corsa that have been resolved now. I have already taken my daughter there to look at a car for her as well.

My experience with the Trade Centre in Preston has been really good. During the sale, I have dealt with Nathan, who was great. I have had an issue with the Vauxhall Adam however, the Trade Centre has replaced the engine for me free of charge. During the aftersales I was dealing with Adam who was a manager as Nathan was on holiday. The customer service has been absolutely brilliant!

When I bought the car, I asked the sales guy to fix a couple of things for me. They were not fixed when I got the car, but he agreed to refund me for the repairs, so I have sent them through the invoices for the repairs.
