I couldn't fault Jack one bit, he was superb with me. I went in and I didn't know what I was looking for car wise and he said go have a look around. He then sat down with me and went through, what cars are ideal, what cars I could take off the forecourt as obviously I didn't want a vehicle that had been in an crash. He went running through everything with me. He took the time to do that, we sat for almost upto two hours. My main concern has been that I have had to replace a few things on my car, such as the track rod and replacing bulbs but the car says sold as seen on my paper so not sure what to do about that. I would still rate my experience 5 honestly because of Jack, I have gone to car shops and they can be all over you, but I was just left to do my own thing, sit in cars, view cars and then ran through everything with me as they should so I can't fault them in that way at all.

We had one issue but it got sorted right away. They sent us to a garage were the guy put the car on his machine and then job was a gooden. It was nice to have a good experience after having such a horrendous one with someone else. They were top notch, I can't say anything better than that, they were top notch, everything was just perfect. I found the dealership online, not realising they have actually been down the road from me this whole time. When I checked the website it wasn't just just 3 cars, the place is massive, there is lot's of options. And when I went to the dealership in person everything was nicely presented, very professional. I would rate my experience a 5, there's nothing I could fault. the car was immaculate, Adam was like if there is anything, even a minor thing let him know and he will sort it and everything was ready for us when we got there. Just immaculate.

Everything has been fine with my car so far, I use it everyday and had no problems. I dealt with Junaid at the dealership he was really helpful, while I was waiting he got the tax on the car sorted for me so I could drive it away same day. The car was cleaned beautifully, it was sparkling I am trying to keep it that way haha. The advert that I had seen for the car on Autotrader was accurate. everything was as pictured and described.

Adam was really good, it was pretty seamless transaction, we were in and out. I would definitely recommend this dealership, for sure! It was the first time we had bought a car at this value, my wife just needed a run around so we went and bought it second hand, had a look at a few dealerships and decided to go with here.
