Wayne was great, grand lad. Any questions I had he answered and he looked into the history of the car for me informing me it hasn’t had a gearbox service so Ill need to get that booked in for piece of mind. Everything on the day was great, the staff were very good, very helpful. I will definitely deal with them again.

For convenience I went over to North West Trace Centre to browse their cars. They had a good range in my price range. I saw the Mazda and agreed the sale. The first person I spoke to had absolutely no interest in helping me so I gave four stars but then I spoke to Adam. He was lovely, so helpful and answered my questions, got the key and showed me round the car. He checked an engine light for me but turned out it was a cheap fix for me so I did it myself, it wasn’t worthy of a complaint. It was my first car so he talked me through all my insurance, he was wonderful.

Cars running good, smooth. Service was excellent. everything was good. Jack was really nice. I will be recommending.

Everything was brilliant. Only problem I had was I had to pay for a new log book as it didn’t turn up but it will be fine. Apart from that, I’ll be back with a friend very soon. My experience was excellent, I couldn’t ask for better. Adam gave me a nice greeting. When I phoned up he got a reserve sign on it and got it out for me to look at even though it was a cheaper end car. He treated me like I was buying a ten grand car, he didn’t treat me any different. Couldn’t fault them.

I've had the car just over 6 weeks & am still getting used to driving it. I haven't driven an automatic for quite a while so still getting used to the experience. I'm really pleased with how easy it is to handle. The service I received from North West Trade Centre was exceptional & the delivery of the car was spot on time. On a scale of 100 I would put it in the top of the scale at 90, the service was that good. Thanks to all involved.Definitely a 5

I saw the ad on Autotrader and due to distance I had the car delivered to me. I have a had a couple of niggly bits that I’m sorting out myself. They sent me a video of the car and communication wasn’t the best at the beginning, I had to chase them and it took 2 weeks to get the car delivered but l understand it was bank holiday but the car was presented lovely on delivery, it was really clean.

Wayne was really communicative throughout. I did experience some inconvenience regarding the second key however the Vauxhall astra has been lovely little car and my son loves it.

I went to North West Trade Centre as it was the right car, right time, right place. Staff were good, no problem, very helpful. Communication was good aswell. Everything was as it should be, plain sailing, no agro.
