Absolute waste of time and money. Partner got me car for Christmas. Brakes seized bolts missing from engine, bald tyres to name name few.Ignored for weeks no return of phone calls. Been bumped off. No help whatsoever. I've had my children in that car!!!!

From the start of the process to collecting my car Peter went above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced to make the process as easy as possible. From start to finish, which wasn't long, 6 days in total from car search, finance agreed to delivery of car, this dealership has been the best! Found the perfect car at a good price, made enquiries, and Peter took me through everything I needed, spoke my language (if you know what I mean) none of those technical terms that we just agree to an don't understand. Really supported me throughout from reserving my car, finance and to top it off arranged delivery of vehicle no charge. Peter was always on hand to answer questions. Sent me a video of car day of purchase and on delivery sitting on passenger seat was a welcome pack containing de-icer, screen wash, scraper, chocolates and prosecco. Unbelivable as if you hadn't done enough. I can't thank you and the team enough. One day I'm dreaming of owning my car and looking at pictures on the Internet 6 days later I'm driving around in it for real.

We were looking for a small car & came across the fiat 500 we enquired on the Tuesday morning & by Thursday morning it was on my drive it was like looking at a brand new car when it arrived in total it took 72 hours from looking to receiving the car it was excellent service & 5 star to Zac for all his hard work he puts in to get you what you want in a car & get you in a car that is second to none when it comes to buying from Zac even the delivery driver who brought the car to us from the garage was so helpful in every way he would not leave until he asked us if we were happy with the car excellent service from the delivery team
