I bought a car about 3 months ago from Norton car sales Manchester the car was inspected as soon as I got home with car and the bevel box on my gearbox was broke and sever oil leaks costing over 6 thousand pound! They won’t answer there phones and when did said must have been me that broke the car I’ve only had for 2 weeks! Would avoid these scammers at all cost! Ruined my Christmas this year for sure can’t even make it to work!

Hi Sorry to hear about your experience. You purchased an immaculate Audi S3 with only 23000 miles with full Audi main dealer service history and one lady owner from new. The car was in perfect condition and the interior was like it came from the showroom. We inspected the vehicle prior to sale and it had zero faults. On the last day of your warranty, you called the finance company to complain about a sound coming from the car and was told to take it to a garage for inspection. You taken the vehicle to your uncle's garage who are not VAT registered telling us it needs a new gearbox. You were then advised to take it to Audi in Scotland for a diagnostic paid by the finance company which reveled no faults so I'm not sure why you decided to leave us a negative review. We have tried to assist you as best as we can but unfortunately you have difficult to work with. We wish you all the best in the future.
I bought a stunning Audi A7 Black Edition which must say was better than I expected it to be. The condition was immaculate inside and outside. I would certainly recommend this dealer

Bought a BMW from Norton Car Sales and it was exactly as advertised. He was extremely helpful going through all the cars details and extremely patient when I had difficulties sorting payment with my bank. A real genuine car lover and dealer would recommend to anyone to purchase from him. And ask him for the free can of coke its part of the deal :)

Saw ad online and contacted them as unable to view due to knee op and needed an automatic asap. I inquired about a bmw 320d estate and every aspect of contact was excellent. Delivered 2 hours to my home and took part exchange unseen. All service history documents and car were in order. Car valeted and polished. I would be happy to recommend Norton Car Sales on the basis of my experience

We went to see a car at Norton Car Sales with no intention of buying as we had others to see but we were very pleased with Adam. There was never a sales pitch, he just was very honest and told us everything about the car. We felt so comfortable and happy with the car that we ended buying it then. The guys down at Norton Car Sales were really helpful and knowledgeable about cars. The Golf I bought was the cleanest it could of been when I picked it up. Other than that though pretty good!
