An overall amazing experience. After searching for a car for several weeks I was drawn to Nuneaton Car Sales by the reviews. I travelled over 50 miles to look at the car I chose so I was hoping it wouldn’t be a wasted journey and they didn’t disappoint. The car was exactly as described. Once there they were very helpful. Jack dealt with my enquiry. There is absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I took a thorough look at the car and then a test drive. After that I was happy to go back and mull over my choices. Once I decided to buy the car it was seem less after that. I returned 2 weeks later to find an even cleaner car and all the paperwork was sorted and very swiftly dealt with. Great aftercare as well. I should also point out that although I had already decided on the car I wanted before my visit they also had a lot more to choose from on site. Highly recommended.

The process of buying my car was very smooth. Charlotte was incredibly helpful and friendly and gave me options without being too pushy (which is a turn off for me straightaway). They went to extra effort to get my car ready for me ASAP so I could collect when I was in the vicinity anyway. All round great car buying experience.

I think it says a lot about the dealership because I travelled all the way down from Scotland to view the car. I thought the car could have been checked over a little better before viewing it but the team was true to their word and sorted everything out for us. It's the wife's car, and she's happy with it, so that means I'm happy.

Both salesmen that looked after me at Nuneaton Car Sales were brilliant, Tim was one and I can't remember the name of the other, but they were amazing and not pushy at all. I went for the T-Rock and it has been quite good to be honest, I'm really enjoying the car.

Things are going well with my Mini Clubman, and the service from Lilly was fine. I did have an issue with the car, it took them about a week to look at it, but they managed to fix it, and I have my car back in good working order.

From making the initial inquiry through to the handover, I found the service with Lewis to be fantastic. Lewis never rushed me into making a decision and gave me all the time I needed to look at the car without watching over me. When it came to the handover, the car was spotless.
