I love the car I got from Nuneaton Car Sales. Not want we had in mind but I fell in love with it. The salesman Jacque was great, I liked his customer service. He wasn’t pushy, he was polite and nothing was too much as I test drove a few cars as wanted it to be right. This is my 3rd car from them. Their cars have been decent and they don’t push anything. I have already recommended this company to others.

Overall, my experience with Nuneaton Car Sales was good. When I came home after buying the car, I realised it had no parcel shelf, which was a bit disappointing. Tristan was really good, he was helpful and went for a couple of test drives with me when looking at the Ford Puma.

I would give 5 for the purchase side of things, but the repair care could do with some improvements. The sales centre was brilliant - everyone was helpful and supportive. I would like to say that the customer care in the service centre needs improving. Been in the extremely warm waiting room since 8:50 this morning, not even been offered a drink. I've had two updates of things not working but that's it. It's currently 1:50 and 34 degrees.

it was quick and easy

I was having a look around what was in the area and found the car which was a good price and mileage so went to test drive. Adam met us the first day and showed us round, he was good. Then Ionica helped with the paperwork and got it all sorted. Handover was smooth, straight forward. I've had a few little issues which have been resolved quite quickly under the warranty. Nuneaton Car Sales are friendly and there’s no pressure to buy from them. They let you do your own thing, no hassle. I've already recommended them to others.

Cars ok. I was looking around and the Peugeot 208 seemed a good car for a beginner driver. Lewis looked after me, everything was smooth. Experience was quite good overall, I haven’t had any discomfort and would recommend.

Saw the BMW online so went to visit Nuneaton Car Sales. I cant remember the name of the salesperson but he helped me through the sale. I had an issue after collection which they sorted. I would recommend them to others, however, there is another problem I need to get dealt with but on the day I found the process fairly quick.

Not used Nuneaton Car Sales before but a family member has used them before and recommend them so I went to have a look. I felt well looked after. Lewis was really professional, he helped me out. Good service, they let me test drive both vehicles to help with my decision. Well organised company.

I looked online and they seemed to be a decent price and local to where we were. First time using Nuneaton Car Sales as we recently had a bad experience elsewhere so thought we’d try them and I found them to be nice, genuine people. they were great, no nonsense, nothing hidden.
