I have one word for the customer service I experienced at Nuneaton and that is EXCELLENT! I dealt with Jake and let me tell you he is blooming good at his job, I very much enjoyed getting to know him throughout my purchase. On the whole things are so far so good with my Volvo.

I bought a Ford Ecosport from Nuneaton Car Sales and from start to finish everything was amazing! The car was delivered to my home and the guy who delivered it was the most polite person ever, absolutely lovely to deal with! The car had unfortunately not come to me with the green slip but when I raised this Nuneaton got it sorted and taxed for me within the hour, fantastic service! I love the car and haven't found a single problem with it.

Both my husband and I purchased our cars from Nuneaton Car Sales at the same time and on the whole we are both pleased with the experience. The team members that dealt with us were friendly and helpful. The purchases were complete in good time and the only little niggle we had was with my husbands vehicle, the salesman said he would send out what we needed to correct this niggle which was a lovely gesture but we sadly never received it. In the grand scheme of things it was only a product wort £10 that was needed so we are happy to sort this ourselves. Without a doubt we have still been recommending them!

I think there is always room for improvement even if it is only by the tiniest margin and for that reason I would rate Nuneaton a very high 4.5/5 stars. The X-Trail I bought from here is lovely. The service I received was warm and welcoming and there was no hassle throughout the purchase.

Other than the standard addblue, I haven't had to do a thing to my Discovery since I bought it. Its a lovely car and just what I was looking for. The guys at Nuneaton really looked after me and they were on hand to answer any of my questions.

I was most definately happy with the car buying experience I had with Nuneaton. It was really good and I would definately rate 5/5. The 2 Series they supplied to me is a good motor and is driving without fault.

I feel like I have got a good example of a whole customer experience at Nuneaton Car Sales because not only did I go through the buying process with them I also used their aftersales too. In terms of the car sale, all went well I was able to take my time looking round and felt under no pressure from the team. Overall the Peugeot I bought has actually been doing well but I have the engine warning light pop on. I went down to Nuneaton and was able to talk to some of they guys about it, they were really helpful and got the car booked in for me then and there. The problem had been caused by an oil leak, they fixed this up for me and called me when the car was ready to collect. Very thorough and good service throughout.

I highly recommend Nuneaton Car Sales, the whole experience was honestly perfect! The chap who I mainly deal with was really professional and friendly. He explained the whole process clearly and it was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made. I am 100% happy with my Mercedes, it is absolutely mint.

Great customer service from the team at Nuneaton! They took care of the sale of my Qashqai will courtesy and speed. I can't really think of a single tweak I would make to the experience. Everything went exactly as it should and the car has been driving well since.

I can't sing the praises of Nuneaton enough, they have been responsive and continually reassuring. There were some hidden gremlins with the car we bought and every single step of the way they have been helpful and did all they could to get it put right. We couldn't have expected anything better, they were amazing!
