While looking for a new car, I visited multiple garages in my area, and I wasn’t made to feel very welcome. When visiting Nuneaton Car Sales the team were really welcoming and very polite. I wasn’t looking for a specific car but after being allowed to walk around with no pressure and I went for the Mercedes C-Class! it has been great ever since.

I've only done 100 miles in my new Discovery Sport but I'm really loving the car! It was my first time visiting this dealership and the customer service was amazing. It was Lilly who sold me the car and her communication throughout the whole process was nonstop and she always updated me on the vehicle. I look forward to getting out in it more.

Me and my partner were in the market for new cars, so we went in with an open mind. It was nice to visit a dealership that didn't put any pressure on you to purchase a car. I went for the Mini Cooper Clubman in the end and it has been a great purchase, I really love it. My partner is still trying to make his mind up on what car he wants but David couldn't have done enough for us as he gave us more than enough information about all of the cars my partner was interested in.

Unfortunately, I only had the car for a week before someone ran in the back of me 😔luckily every one was okay and the car is in the garage as we speak but for the time that I was driving it, I was really impressed with how it preformed. David was brilliant and his service was literally faultless! I just hope I get my car back soon.

Excellent customer service from Nuneaton Car Sales, I would highly recommend them! The staff there were friendly, informative, knowledgeable without being pushy. I noticed a BMW for sale through AutoTrader with them so I got in contact with them that way and they were extremely thorough in answering all my questions. During the test drive I was very satisfied and it was definitely the car for me so the purchase was made and the transaction was completed really quickly for me. The staff went out their way to ensure the whole process was fast, friendly and efficient.

This has hands down been the best car buying car experience I have ever had. The team were really happy to sit me down and talk to me about all of my options like PCP, HP and he did it in a very informative but not patronising way. This company has a really good set up! I've not driven my Sportage that much as I had an operation not too long ago but when I have driven it, I love it 💖 I spoken to one of my friends and they have already purchased a car from here and they were just as impressed as I was.
