All the staff were so pleasant and welcoming towards me when we visited this dealership to buy our Vauxhall Zafira from them last month. The service was great from start to finish and they kept me up to date with everything along the way. I don't have a bad word to say about them, they really did go above and beyond with anything that I ever expected of them.

After driving my Audi A1 for over a month now, it is safe to say I'm in love!! I drive an Audi every day as I commute to work every day and the car is running well. A big shout out to the team for making my first visit to Nuneaton a good one. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I don't believe anyone is perfect.

Nuneaton was a grand experience and a really nice company to work with while I was in the market for a new car. I had a bad experience with a previous dealership but this wasn't the case here as Jack did the most for me. I was originally looking at a blue Mercedes C-Class until I noticed a black C-Class at the back of the show room, and Jack was more than happy to move some cars out the way for me to take a look at it. Great service.

Seamless experience from Tony and the team. My Audi A5 has been running well since I purchased it a couple of months ago and from what I can remember the team were great when explaining the paperwork, to the test drive, there were no hidden surprises. I would be more than happy to shop here again in the future.

These guy are fab!!! Highly recommendable! Very good sales team that know there stuff... its actually reassuring knowing you have experts dealing with you. There wasn't a question or query they couldn't answer. Now as good as they were, I believe there is always room for improvement! Lets say 4.5!

Based on my recent experience at Nuneaton Car Sales, I can 100% recommend and confidently say I will be back... at some point, not just yet ahah! Would absolutely give the team a 10. A few points which I found really lovely – No pressure sales, no pressure on the warranty options. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and you had a good range of cars. I got the impression that if I wanted to test drive every car it would not have been an issue. The paying for the car, and the collection were easily arranged, and again I felt no pressure to arrange a date as soon as possible. Overall, my husband and I found your team amazing, and when my husband decides to change his car, he has said he is going to look at your team as the first option. Just amazingly knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. There were a couple of niggles with the car that we asked to be remedied before we picked up – the main one for me that I was surprised by was the back door handle interior had a large dent and a small piece missing, we asked for it to be sealed so wouldn’t deteriorate further, instead it was changed – that was more than I was expecting. No issues with the Kuga, and I am aware that should there be any we did take the option for the two year warranty which when explained by the team and the extent it covers reassured me immensely as I was immensely risk adverse due to issues I had with a car I bought elsewhere only a year before. So essentially – thank you for making it a painless and risk-free process.

My Mini Clubman has been great since I've had it! Me and my partner are really enjoying the drive, and we think it is probably one of the nicest cars that we have owed. Jak salesman on the day, honestly he was great from start to finish, he explained all of the paperwork, let us test drive the car and it has been great.
