Dale was excellent and quickly showed us the car and the things that come with it, like the cover. Only reason not five stars because when came to collect that car had to wait 45 minutes because you were busy that day which in fairness they did apologise for. But nice quick efficient and stress free sale.

There's always room for improvement, but I'm happy with how everything went. Reece was sound on the day and with this being my first Polo I thought he was very helpful to show me some of the controls. The car has been super since driving away.
