Dear Mr Henson, you are fully aware that we were not trying to take a deposit from you fraudulently. As it is standard practice with many motor traders we put the vehicle up on Auto Trader saying that photos will follow whilst the vehicle is being prepared for photos. The advert had full details of the make, model, price and registration. We cannot put the advert on without this information. Further, you asked for videos of the vehicle which were sent to you. It is also standard practice in the motor trade to take a deposit in order that we can take it off sale until you had viewed it and we also advised you that we preferred you to come down and see the car to make sure you were happy with it. We even offered to pick you up from the station. We are disappointed that you have made post negative reviews about ourselves and again, reiterate that there is nothing fraudulent about our actions. We hope that you have now found the right car for yourself.
