Huw is a perfect gentleman 100% genuine knowledgeable & professional. I was looking for a Mercedes 4X4 with no part ex and chose to travel to Oxford from Cardiff (with a lift from my son) to view his car, even though I could have looked for the same vehicle closer to home. I always look at reviews before making a purchase like this. The car was perfect and as described. We agreed purchase & a collection date the following weekend, when my son was next available. However due to the severe weather we were unable to do this. Huw offered to personally deliver the car to me in Cardiff, which he did without question when conditions improved. I can't think of another car dealer that would have been prepared to take a day out to do this. Bought a performance car from these guys and received brilliant before and after sales service. You are treated fairly and with respect throughout. In particular they do continue to support you after the sale and don't just forget about you after the money changes hands like most dealers. Main Dealers can not offer the personal touch that smaller dealers can offer.

Agreed a deal in principle with HUW at Oxford Specialist Cars, offered a deposit and enquired regarding whether or not deposit was refundable as I had not viewed the car. I was told deposit was not refundable and also that it would be better to come and view and then leave deposit. Arranged a day off work to go and view the vehicle and agreed the deal in principle. Day before the viewing I get a text message to say he had sold it to someone else. Very poor show from Oxford Specialist Cars.
