Very friendly staff. Car cleaned beforehand. Had a problem with the tyre sensor minitor but it was very quickly dealt with. As was the tyre replacement. I would recommend this dealership.

I’m happy with the Golf I bought at Parkside Motors. Very positive about the dealership. I liked their customer service, they went the extra mile. It was a very speedy process to get the car. I would recommend them to others, the guy that runs it gives you excellent customer service.

Super happy, everything’s going well. On the day, Gokhan was very accommodating, it went very well. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful, answered my questions promptly, it felt like an honest transparent transaction. Very smooth, quick and easy.

My son advised me to get a Tesla and Parkside Motors had the model I was after. Communication was ok. They weren’t pushy selling the car but it was a quick process, within an hour to driving away but I would have preferred a bit longer to decide so gave four stars. Still waiting for the V5 but dealer has submitted it.

Good so far. There were a few wear and tear things to sort out but the cars driving well. I’ve used them before as they are close to us, not had any problems with the cars we bought. We knew what we wanted and thankfully they had the car in stock. Good communication and a personable customer service approach. The owner is doing a very good job despite how busy it was and he went above and beyond.

This was my first time using them. Due to distance, I’d flown down to look at it and that was that. I was looking for the specs sort of thing and one in the price range I wanted. The dealership had good communication. I’ve had some issues with the car that the dealership had to be deal with so they lost a point, but apart from that its ok.

It's going great with my Mazda, good drive. I went to Parkside out of convenience as they are local to my parents. I saw it online and drove away same day. Their customer service was great, simple process, quick easy, no pressure to buy the car. Gokhan gave me confidence to buy by reassuring me and the spec of the car was what I wanted.
