It was a real pleasure to deal with him; there were no high-pressure sales; the car was accurately described and extremely well presented; and I'm happy with the price I paid. A five-star experience. Gokhan and the rest of the sales team at this dealership were truly amazing. I'm like a little kid on Christmas day with my new Jaguar. I sometimes take longer journeys on the way home from work on purpose because I really enjoy the time I get to spend driving this awesome car. 

So far, everything is going well with my VW Tiguan. From start to finish, the service from Lucy was phenomenal. She was very professional and did everything that she promised to do for me. I have no complaints at all about the service from Parkside or with my VW Tiguan; it is a lovely little car. I only scored these 4 out of 5 because no one is perfect, but this company certainly came close.
