I recently had the pleasure of using Pellon Motor Group, and I must say, it's been nothing short of fantastic. Everything is running smoothly, and it's a significant improvement over the Mini I previously owned. The customer service was top-notch - they were helpful, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. The Ford KA is running a dream! NO issues at all and very reliable and smooth. I loved the way I was dealt with, I was provided a very high level of customer service. The Ford Focus has been great so far. No issues, eveyrthing has been just as it should be. The guys on site were really good and absolutely smashed the sale. There was non of that pushiness and it was overall a great experience.

I came to Pellon Motor Group and purchased a very nice Nissan Juke that is driving extremely well. It does the job, it fits the bill and I couldn't of wanted much more from a car. I found the staff around the dealership to be highly informative and and they didn't miss anything out, fantastic attention to detail. I have got to be honest, I came to Pellon Motor group and for the life of me, I could not choose what car I wanted. I must of changed my mind about 3 times within the space of an hour. The staff here at Pellon Motor Group were so helpful and so so PATIENT with me. Each time I changed my mind they were so kind and just wanted what was best for me, they let me look at any car I wanted and didn't limit the time I had to choose. When I finally made my mind up I went for the Renault Captur, I am sooo glad I did. It runs like a dream and its so smooth when driving, you don't feel any bumps and the comfort inside is next level. I recently replaced my Wife's Grand Scenic with a Renault Captur from Pellon Motor Group, and what a fabulous change it is. We are particularly impressed with fuel economy of the new car, its much better than the old and we are seeing a huge difference in this. We opted for delivery of the car and it couldn't have gone any smoother, we was pleasantly surprised to see the car in immaculate condition and better than expected from the advertised photos. The delivery was on time, and the lady who delivered the car was extremely helpful and polite. She showed us over the car and gave us time to look over before she left it with us. Most of the dealings with the dealership was online or over the phone and they were first class, strong communication, always returned emails/calls and was happy to answer any questions we asked. We received a follow up call a few weeks after buying the car to check how it was running and that we were happy with how everything panned out, this is a fantastic level of service in which I have never received before when purchasing a used car. Thank you Pellon Motor Group, I will be highly recommending your company and will 1000% shop here again in the future.

I have recently taken my Nissan Juke for a good run to up Brassington and the car has been good as gold, its the first big trip I've done in it and it run perfectly! When I was buying the car, the team couldn't do enough for me. Each member of staff was polite, kind and friendly around the dealership and willing to give a helping hand as and when needed.
