Everything has been fine so far, no issues to report. I chose the car I chose because I like the new shape Focus and wanted a 1L Eco boost. The team are very pleasant and it was a very smooth experience start to finish.

To be completely honest, I am very happy with the car and the customer service. The only areas which maybe lacked a little would have been the detail provided.. What I mean by this, the car only came with one key, I would have liked the two have been made aware to me a little bit clearer, I also didn't know I had to arrange for the road tax through the dealership directly, this caused a little bit of confusion. However, I don't want to sound too negative as the car is perfecto, drives really well and I am happy. The gentleman I dealt with was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable in the sale, even though this was all done online.

We bought ourselves a Nissan Juke as we have heard very good things about the cars. We have been travelling the country quite a lot and put a significant amount of millage on so far, it's performing really well and we've no cause for concern. It's comfortable, easy to drive and looks great too. the staff at the dealership are so lovely, couldn't do enough for us and thanks to them, we will probably be back when we need something different to the Juke. The cars great, the main appeal of this particular Nissan Juke was the spec, it had all the added extras which I wanted and ticks all the boxes for what I need from a daily car. The team at the dealership were all pleasant enough. I didn't spend too long thinking about the purchase which meant the transaction was very quick, simple and straight forward. This is my third time dealing with Pellon Motor Group, I have never had a single issue or reason to moan. I had the check engine light come on the day after I bought the car, the dealer took the car back and rectified the issue same day. I first bought a Fiesta ST, my second was a Puma ST Line, this one was in a crash so I have replaced it with the same again. I would have to give them full mark for their unwavering commitment to providing a good service.

Overall, I am happy with Pilllon Motor Group. I bought a BMW 1 Series from them, the transaction was mostly done online and over the phone and I think that lost some of the personalisation which you normally get from buying a car. The car itself is a really lovely drive, took a little getting used to as I had a Jeep before which is obviously a lot higher. I have since noticed a little bit of paintwork which looked like it could have been done better, the service and car are really great though and It respect of the cost, it was brilliant value for money.

I came to Pellon wanting to stick to what I know, I have always had Ford Fiesta's for work and I know they are very reliable and well performing cars. So far, I have had no issues with it and I do drive it daily, The sales persons I dealt with in the dealership were exceptional and very helpful. I have already sent a few of my friends a link to the website as they have all asked where I got my car from. Pellon are quite brilliant and I couldn't have asked for any more.
