Great car buying experience not a single thing they could possibly improve on. The staff are friendly and there is a wide range of cars to choose from. The Tiguan that I bought is very good. Overall I would say I got an experience worthy of five stars.

Lovely customer service from Pellon Motor Group, I recently bought my Audi A1 from there. and I am so so happy with it. It is really good on fuel, really good for tax and insurance, so it is the perfect car for me! After living in both Australia and the UK, I am very confident in saying, that in the 50+ years of buying cars, Pellon Motor Group provided the best service I have ever received. This is probably my 20th car that I have purchased, and wow, it is a cracker! Sarah was the main kingpin in the sale, she was so so good, and did everything she could to help me out! After my last car had been hit whilst we were stationary, I was told by my insurance it was a write off, so I got looking straight away for my next motor. That is when I came across the Mazda that Pellon Motor Group had in stock. So I placed down a £300 deposit for them to hold the Mazda for me, just so I could travel down from Scotland to retrieve the car. On thee day of the collection, I had a phone all from my insurance saying they were willing to fix the car, which totally put a spanner in the works. I explained the situation to the Pellon team, who were more than willing to help, and were so understanding. I offered to send them more money across in order to secure the car until my previous car was fully repaired. They didn't want any extra for a deposit, and held the Mazda for 6 weeks until my car was fixed! 6 weeks with a 3300 deposit, I was so impressed! The day came that my Honda was fixed, so I drove that down to Halifax and traded that in for the much better Mazda 2. As soon as I arrived, I was offered coffee by the lovely manager, and they took my car out back to give it a valuation. We then took out the Honda, to make sure all was running well, and they were more than happy to trade that in. We then took the Mazda out for a good 10-15 minutes, and I was really enjoying the car, and how it handled. An hour later, the sale was done and dusted, the car was mine! Whilst I was tucking into my coffee, the y sorted the tax and insurance for me, they were an outstanding team. As a little thank you, I brought them down some Scottish shortbread, as everyone knows that is the best type of Shortbread! Overall, it was a really successful experience, the car is perfect, I really can't say enough praises about Pellon, thank you all!

Very happy with the customer service from Pellon Motor Group. he hole sales team were fantastic to buy from. I went to buy the Puma, and instantly knew it wa the one for me and my partner. It was so clean and tidy inside and out, I was very impressed! As for the service, everyone was a great help, and did everything they could to make it as smooth as possible! I can give them no less than top marks, they were excellent, I will definitely be returning!
