Great customer care from Pellon Motor Group during and after the purchase. When I did find an issue they got the car booked in for me and put the issue right, I really appreciated how simple this side of things was. Their customer service has been spot on, so 4.9 stars haha!

Such a nice warm welcoming dealership, as soon as I arrived I was offered a cup of tea and was attended too right away. They fixed the light for me free of charge, and were so kind throughout the sale. There was no pressure, no rush and I didn't feel like I had to make a decision there and then. I would say that buying from Pellon Motor Group was definitely worth the journey. The Ford Focus me and my husband bought recently is wonderful. It was exactly as described in the advert and the team were so lovely to deal with. Everyone was extremely helpful and did everything they could to make sure we were 100% happy. Although they are the best part of 100 miles away, I would be more than happy to visit them again!

Very good customer service from all at Pellon Motor Group. The sale was so easy and simple and really quick too. I went with the Puma for the convenience of the size for the family. as well as a bit of style, and I am more than happy with it. The car hasn't broken down yet, so I am happy haha! On a real though, the car has been great I can't fault it at all. The guys who I bought the car off were great too, things that I wasn't too sure of, they really helped me out with such as the paperwork and tax etc. I can't point out a single thing I wasn't happy with, ti was a really good experience overall.

It is my wife who is the daily driver of the Focus, and she absolutely loves it, which means I do too, happy wife happy life and all that jazz! The team were very friendly and are really nice to deal with. We have bought off of these before and both times have been really enjoyable on the whole. I would be more than happy to recommend to others, and would definitely go back again!
