IMPOSSIBLE TO GO DIRECT TO PEOPLES AT PRESCOTT !!!!!!! keep getting directed to ALL branches. Budget selector ... does NOT work. Absolute nightmare. Wasted nearly an hour . How come you have not fixed this !!!!! Lost the will to live almost , For pity sake ..... create the facility to go direct to a particular website. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Marvin was so kind hearted and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. He was patient and attentive and made sure any questions we had was answered before moving on. He didn’t want us to rush into buying a car if we were not 100% sure, he made us feel comfortable and did not pressure us at all. I got my new Ford Fiesta from peoples prescot. What can I say, “Steve Knibb” the car sales man went above and beyond his role. From finding the right car for myself and sorting everything out in a pleasant professional manner. He made purchasing my car a pleasant experience. I would recommend anyone to go and see Steve. Yesterday I collected my new Focus Vignale my third new car in four years from Peoples in Prescot. Andy Milligan my sales executive has assisted me in all of the purchases and what a wonderful person he is. He is extremely helpful knowledgeable and courteous and nothing is too much trouble for him. He keeps you fully informed throughout the process from ordering To collection of the vehicle. My boyfriends Ford Focus has been in Peoples Ford in Prescot 5 times now each time they have charged him for different parts to fix the issue- he still has same fault ongoing and not once have they offered him a courtesy car , knowing full well they can’t find the fault never mind fix it ! I don’t feel that’s quality service I’m sorry I was thinking of buying a ford but I will think again now !
