If you buy a brand new car or take your car for clean I would think twice. Peoples Ford in Prescot rag your car, wheel spin and have no respect for your car in any way and to top it off they blast your radios full blast .I live in the building opposite and see them do this every day .all the sales team no this and watch them doing it to they dont care .they are just money hungry

I purchase my new Kuga Vignale yesterday after doing lots of research I. Found the car I wants in Burns Ford Congleton , but as I had visited People's Ford in Prescot earlier and had spoken Marvin who we found to be very helpful, we believed he deserve the opportunity to try and match the deal. We met with the salesman Marvin who was very easy to deal with no pressurised selling, just very easy to deal with, so we made are purchase early last night. We have used Fords of Prescot for the last 10 years or more and no matter which sales person we have always receive good service. After receiving excellent sales service from Marvin we decided on an Eco and have just received our new car . Marvin was so friendly and helpful we did not feel pressurised in anyway. We bought a new car for my son last year and could not fault service we received from Marvin at prescot, we went back to see him again last week with my mum for her to get a new car, again we received excellent service from start to finish. Thanks very Marvin.

I put my car in for a service and MOT on Saturday and was told that I needed 2 new tyres. I was quoted £120 over the phone which a agreed to. When I went to collect my car I spoke to a lady on reception who was very friendly and got the paperwork and ran through everything with me. She then said the final price was £634.81 including the Service and MOT which I instantly disputed she ran through everything and said the tyres were £229.70 each I explained that the service manager had quoted £120 on the phone and so she went to get Get him The service manager said he had told me £220 on the phone which I again said no you told me £120. First of all as the phone was on speaker phone both me and my husband heard him say £120. second of all after he had run through all of the options on the phone I said that I would go for the £120 tyres so he had an opportunity to correct me at that point if I had got it wrong which he didn't. and finally even if I had miss heard him he still would have given me the wrong price as he claims he told me they were £220 each when they were actually £229.70. I asked to speak to hid manager and his response was that he is the manager I then asked if I could put a formal complaint in and he gave me details of the area manager which I have now emailed a formal complaint to. There was no apology at all from the service manager and the way he spoke to me in front of two of his colleagues and other people within the show room is far from what I’d expect from a company like fords Iv never been so humiliated. As I was close to tears and I didn’t want to make any more of a scene I felt I had no choice but to pay the money. I am really upset about this I feel that The service manager has tried to use the good customer service initially to gain my trust to make it easier to rip me off. I know to a multi billion pound company like ford £200 is nothing but to me it is a big deal and this has now put me into debt. I am appalled by the lack of customer service and would not recommend peoples again to anyone.
