I'd been looking for a Ford Ranger for a while because I'd always wanted one, and we finally decided to take the plunge and get one. I'm definitely glad we did. It was mainly my husband who dealt with the dealership, but he was quite happy with the person he dealt with, and I think it was all very smooth sailing. From my own experience, I've had a bit of communication with the dealership afterwards, and they've responded quickly every time, so I think it was all fine.

The Audi Q7 has been perfect! This is my third time dealing with Phantom. I initially bought the first two cars for myself. This time around, I bought an Audi Q7 for my wife, its had a small SOS warning come on, but I’ve just not had time to raise it with them yet. The first two cars have been absolutely faultless, I’ve put 100,000 miles on my current BMW from them with no issues. I’ve dealt with Matt this time around, and he has been great. The service I have gotten while at Phantom has been faultless, they’re not pressurising the sales, they just leave you to do it. Overall, they are just really brilliant and professional. I have been continuously recommending them!

I'd been looking for a Lexus for a few years, but I couldn't really find the specific spec I wanted until I saw the one they had at Phantom Motor Company , so I went for it. The car has been great so far, and I haven't had any issues with it other than the immobiliser. The company dealing with that didn't turn up on a few occasions, so I asked for a refund. Outside of that, the car itself has been great. Everything at the dealership was pretty well displayed, and the whole process was pretty quick. It took about a month to get everything done, everything went smoothly.
