Everything was fine on the day. My experience buying the car was fine but there was a little problem with the car which I found it difficult to get done under warranty, a lot of messing about which was inconvenient. The garage is very nice, they are polite, they look after you.

Everything is fine, no problems with anything. Jack was great, very knowledgeable for a young lad. Phantoms had a wide selection of cars and were local to me. I was after a BMW like the 430D, and I saw some on the south coast which were too far from me. I saw the one and Phantom and decided to have a look, fair to say I was well impressed. I initially wanted to collect it on the 1st however, Jack was going away and asked me to collect it on the 30th. This did make me have to pay a full month of tax for 1 day on the car however, Phantom had offered me some fuel to offset the cost. I will be coming back to Phantom in the future as Jack and the dealership were a breath of fresh air. Jack admitted when he didn’t know something and never lied to me.

I was looking on Autotrader for cars when I came across Phantom Motor Company, that’s what made me get the Audi RS7 from there, my experience dealing with them was good I had zero problems and it was very straightforward, I’ve already recommended my friend to get a car from there

The VW Golf has been absolutely spot on! I was after a specific spec for the Golf and there weren’t many around, Phantom had one of them in stock. When I was looking at the cars over at the Phantom dealership they all looked good which gave me confidence. The staff were great, it was just a pleasure dealing with them, they made the overall process easy. I initially dealt with Alistair over the phone but he was off so i dealt with Lauren at the dealership, they were both great!

Cars alright but I keep getting a suspension failure which may be a glitch but having it checked out. Only downside was the time when they came to collect it for repair. It was supposed to be picked up on a trailer and they sent a guy in his overalls to drive it back which was annoying. However the staff were all good. Sales and aftercare were spot on

Everything is fine with the Land Rover Sport. When I bought the car, it was advertised as not having a ghost immobiliser. After a couple of weeks, I got stuck as the ghost immobiliser activated and neither Phantom nor I knew the code. I got reimbursed by Phantom for having someone come out to remove it. However, overall I would recommend Phantom.

Phantom Motor Company had the car that I wanted so I went there. The car wasn’t ready when said it was going to be so had a few hours delay so gace four stars. Staff were fine. I would use the dealership again
