I finally have the car I have always hoped for, an Audi Q3, from Phantom Motor Company, I must say everything went smashingly on the day. Chelsea was a delight, really helpful throughout the entirety of my purchase, and even though the car had a minor issue on the day, this was very swiftly rectified by the time I came to collect the car. So, all in all, just a great experience, and it is nice to know there are reliable dealers out there. Thanks once again.

After scouring through the internet to find a much more spacious car for me and my family, I was pleasantly surprised when I finally found one that met all my requirements regarding the needing a large boot, the overall comfortability of the car, and its need to have low mileage. The fact that it was at such a great price was just a bonus. Luckily for me, the Kia was located just around the corner at Phantom Motors, so I did not have to take too long of a journey to view the car. On arrival, I was met by Longin, the sales agent, who was great, took the time to go over the details of the car, answered all my questions, and gave me the space I needed to look over the car in my own time. Having decided the car was for me, I arranged a time to come and collect the vehicle, and to be honest, the car looked even better than on initial viewing; they clearly had taken the time to make sure it was in pristine condition and ready to go. Chelsea took over the handover process on the day, and it was perfect. I really appreciate the professionalism shown throughout my experience, and I must say I am an incredibly happy customer and have already recommended you to friends and family. It looked even better in person, and I was immediately drawn to it. The dealership allowed me to test drive the car, which gave me a good feel for it, and I absolutely loved it. The drive was smooth and comfortable, and I knew it was the perfect choice for me. I can't thank the staff at Phantom Motor Company enough. Since the dealership was quite a distance from me, I opted for delivery, which turned out to be a really smooth process. The car arrived on time and was even better in person. I love my new Ford Ranger. It is such a nice car, and I am so happy. You would certainly know if I wasn't 😂. Fantastic customer service from the sales team at this dealership, and I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience.

My Jaguar has not skipped a beat since I bought it. Alistair was excellent; he was a really nice guy who looked after me properly. I have not used Phantom Motor Company before; I found the car on AutoTrader, and I have seen a few signs on the M6 for this dealership when driving back from Northamptonshire to pick up my son. They have a lovely selection of cars, and I will be recommending them to my work colleagues when it is time for them to get their next toy.
