The whole process from ringing up to actually receiving the car was very quick and efficient. The car was in very good condition. The only slight criticism I could have is the charge at the end for actually purchasing the car which I think was £400. So I will only give it four stars because of that

I went to Phantom Motor Company to test drive a Kia Sportage, and it was a brilliant, really lovely car to drive. The service team was super; they answered any questions I had and made the process really quick and straight forward. When I buy a car, I always take it to be checked over just for my own peace of mind. I took my Kia to a mechanic, and he said it was a great car and was absolutely spotless.

I unfortunately crashed my car, so I was desperately in need of a new car. Because I was so stressed about it, I had my mom look online for a car that would suit my needs as well as be within my budget. We found Ponko, and when we went to the dealership, they were very understanding of my situation and tried to erase my stress by making the process quick and straight-forward. I quickly purchased a Volkswagen T-Roc, and now that I am back on the roads, I can't thank Ponko enough for their help. I don't know what I would have done without them.
