I had a great experience buying my Citroen C3 from Philip Paul. I found the car with the exact spec I was looking for from Autotrader and drove from Scotland to see it. There were some minor issues with the car - it is second hand, but Phil told me that they would honour the costs if I took it to my local guy back home. The car had only 1 key and had a broken wind deflector as well, but true to their word they came good with resolving all issues in a timely manner. Avoid Philip Paul Used Car Centre in Oswestry at all costs. They have responded to a persistant engine management fault on our £10800 BMW but have not been able to fix the issue. In 5 months the car has been off the road 5 weeks and they acknowledged they fix the car with second hand parts. Stay well clear of Philip Paul Used Car Centre with your cash.

I had an excellent experience at Philip Paul Used Car Centre in Oswestry. I was given a part exchange price on line that was honoured to the full. The car I was looking at was bought to the nearest garage for me to view, I was immediately offered a test drive and all my documents plus private plate was arranged by the garage. At last I have found a garage that I can return to, my next car will only be limited by their stock as I will not be looking elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic!!! No pressure, laid back, courteous and friendly service. Forget the stress of buying a used car!!! The place is easy to get to, a decent size, though not too big and intimidating, with good quality used cars on the forecourt. When I got there on a Saturday afternoon, I was very impressed with the appearance of the place and it seemed quite popular with a number of people browsing the stock. No salesman approach! In fact, had to wait a few minutes on their comfy leather sofa as they were so busy. Loads of cars with 'Sold' on their windscreens! The best bit was the great part ex price I got for my old car and the excellent finance package from Moto Nova!! Please try these, even if you've had past credit problems. They're a reputable organisation and no loan shark!! Phil handled my finance application effortlessly and so stress free! All in all, a brilliant experience all round. Highly recommended. 5*
