Very friendly and very easy to deal with. Problems getting the car delivered on the agreed day which cost me another day off work. Description of the car could have been better in their advert. Car was obviously not examined properly in the first place as it was described as having a cassette player which prompted me to go out and buy a CD player to be fitted at a later date. When the car arrived we found it already had a CD player which was more than a little annoying. Also failed to mention the very obvious dents in the car. The car is okay. We are reasonably pleased with it. I guess it does what it's supposed to do. Was just left a little disappointed. I would give them 6.5 out of 10

I against all my instincts bought my Renault Master on EBay from Pickering Motor Company based on the photographs and descriptions and then a walk round of the vehicle by Andy the proprietor all this from a distance of some 200 miles away. On the basis of the description and the price and a Google search of the company I decided to proceed. I can confirm that my worries evaporated the moment I saw the van, better than I anticipated and everything supplied as agreed. I am absolutely delighted with both my acquisition and the company. I didn't actually spend any time at the dealership as I got my van delivered however everything went through nice and quickly and there wasn't any down sides!
