We bought a Ford Fiesta for my son from Ponko on the 13th of September, and as far as we are aware so far, everything has been great! He absolutely loves his new car. It’s been a smooth and positive experience all around. Thanks, Ponko!

Last month I bought my Ford Focus from Ponko, and I have had plenty of fun driving it so far. Matt was excellent; he did a great job, my car was handed over to me in immaculate condition, and it was valeted to a high standard.

Going to Ponko turned out to be a fantastic decision. From the moment I arrived, Ross made me feel completely at ease. I was able to look at the car at my own pace without any pressure, which was a huge bonus. When I showed interest in a Renault, they quickly arranged a test drive, which I really appreciated. The car was everything I wanted and more. The transaction was really easy, and since picking up the car, it has driven like a dream!

The communication with Anthony and the team at Ponko was first class. They kept me up to date with everything, so there was never a moment when I was kept in the dark. I did not feel pushed into the sale, and they allowed me all the time I needed to think things over before going ahead and buying my SEAT. Brilliant service guys, thank you!

While searching on eBay for a van, I came across a Ford Transit that really caught my eye for sale with Ponko. Anthony was absolutely brilliant—I couldn’t have asked for more! This was my first time using this dealership, and they truly impressed me. Living on an island in the northwest of Scotland, 5 to 600 miles from Cambridge, I decided it was more cost-effective to travel to the dealership rather than have the van delivered. Despite the van having high mileage, it had recently undergone a wet belt change and had no reported issues, which reassured me of its quality. From the moment I contacted Ponko, their service was exceptional. We flew to England, picked up the van, and drove it back home, which gave me a chance to test how it handled a long-distance journey. The van performed flawlessly and never missed a beat! I’m beyond happy with both the van and the fantastic service from Ponko.

We are absolutely thrilled with our Seat Ibiza! Since purchasing it last month, we've had no issues at all, and the car has been a joy to drive. The whole process was smooth, and Haydn provided exceptional customer service. He kept us well-informed about the progress, from prepping the car to finalising everything, which really gave us peace of mind. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our car and the excellent service we received.

Really happy with the service we received from Ponko in Cambridge when buying my son his Vauxhall Corsa last month. It was a very professional outlet, and Haydn was great—he arranged a test drive for us so we could get a real feel for how the car performed and handled before making the decision to go ahead with the purchase. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I have nothing but praise for James and the entire team at Ponko. They have all been fantastic. When I picked up my Nissan Qashqai, it was presented to an exceptionally high standard—spotlessly clean inside and out. Having owned a Qashqai before, I can confidently say this newer model looks miles better than my old one, with its sleek and modern design. There was a minor issue with the electronics and a small leak in the air conditioning, but as soon as I informed Ponko, they were incredibly apologetic and resolved the problems promptly. Their professionalism and attention to customer service really stood out. If I could, I’d rate them 6 out of 5! The entire experience was brilliant. They were always informative, and when they said they’d call, they actually followed through.
