Really happy with our new Ford Focus, its the perfect family car, has plenty of extras with it being the Titanium spec and we have taken our first long journey up to Newcastle which it handled really well. It's a nice little family car offering great value for money and lots of space. Haydn was exceptional in the dealership and I have no concerns or complaints at all. Full marks all round.

As someone who has always had VW's for as long as I can remember, SUV's Convertibles, Hot Hatch's and everything in between. Nothing compares to our new Range Rover, it is so easy to drive and looks absolutely gorgeous. Ayman was really helpful and friendly, a true pleasure to deal with. The whole service was very professional and the process was quick, easy yet thorough.

The day we went down to Ponko it was really busy, they had lots of customers in (which is great to see), but Haydns professionalism and calm demeanour under pressure was incredible and instantly put us at ease. Not only was he so professional, he was also incredibly knowledgeable enabling us to fully know the car we was purchasing before agreeing, there wasn't a question Haydn didn't know the answer too, fantastic product knowledge! Haydn made the process of us buying our new car FLAWLESS.

My new BMW Z4 is simply lovely, really enjoying driving it. Haydn the salesman at Ponko was very good, and the delivery driver dropping off the car was the cherry on top. Both were amazing and a real credit to Ponko.

Spoke to about three of the salesmen down at Ponko and I have to say they were very friendly and highly informative. Once I had left the dealership I had a issue with the car, but I took it straight back and they were more than happy to get it looked at and sorted quickly – which massively put me at ease. Loving my new Qashqai and would recommend Ponko for the customer service, cars the sell and aftercare support.

I would rate Ponko a 4* they were fabulous from the start. I am happy with my New KIA, but due to it being the most gadget filled car I have ever owned I have struggled slightly with it, I have spoken to Ponko and hoping that someone will sit with me and explain all the buttons to me, so I can take full advantage of the gizmos!
